      Image/Description:
She is a medium-furred she-cat with a tortoiseshell pelt, along with black and ginger markings and amber eyes. She is quite small-framed and very lithe, with relatively short legs as well; this build helps her with hunting quite well, but leaves her battle skills at a disadvantage. She has small creamy-white paws, with the same colored fur on her chest and the length of her belly, but the color darkens and tapers off sharply to a pitch-black at her tail. She has many bright orange patches on her pelt, the most prominent one being the marking on her flank near her left hind leg, and her ears are tufted slightly with black strands of fur. I am currently using this image for roleplay posts.

      Name:
Shadowpaw, but her warrior name is Shadowflame. She was named 'Shadow' as a kit due to her mottled tortoiseshell pelt, and the suffix 'flame' was added later in honor of the streaks of orange in her pelt as well as her rather carefree personality.

      Gender:
      She-cat.

      Clan:
It depends in what roleplay I join. :3 unless you're speaking of canon Clans? She'd probably fit most into ThunderClan, then.

      Rank:
Apprentice/warrior, depending on how I want to roleplay her as.

      Personality/Skills:
Despite her size, it's pretty hard to find a cat braver than Shadowpaw; she is an utter daredevil. She loves hosting competitions with the other apprentices in the Clan, ranging from "who can catch the most prey" to "who can climb the highest tree without falling first". She enjoys challenges and laps up her various assessments with pride and guile, and wakes up every morning bounding to her mentor, demanding an early training session. She aims to be the best warrior she can be, and so far she's pretty sure she's reaching her goal. She's usually a rather happy-go-lucky cat, but when one prods at her ire she can grow sarcastic and snappy.
She is a good hunter, though her brute fighting skills leave her at a bit of a disadvantage. She would much prefer words over claws, but when battle is needed she prefers to ambush others from behind in one swift, vicious blow.

Aaa, she's just precious! I love that picture.

Name Rating: 5/10
Name Type: Creative
Name Reasoning: Shadow- would only work on a dark grey or black cat, and most certainly not on a canonical Clan cat. Besides that, the suffix should be saved for personality or skill, rather than a second addition to a coat descriptor. That's the prefix's job. She should be named for that pretty coat of hers in prefix only, and save the suffix for the important stuff!
Alternative Name: Bramblingstorm/Emberstorm. I will explain my reasoning below!
Note: Brambling- differs from Bramble- for a few reasons: Brambling- refers to a tortoiseshell, but Bramble- refers to a brown tabby, and a brambling is a type of finch, where brambles are plants.

Character Rating: 8/10
Character Reasoning: I think that she would be great for -storm, from what I'm reading. A classic -storm cat has a very turbulent personality; they're wild, with ups and downs that are unpredictable and exaggerated. They can range from being unable to sit still for more than a second to easily outraged and quick to pick a fight. They're not necessarily grumpy (I think I've indicated that, unfortunately), they just have no patience and have a hard time getting that through to others.
This cat fits that pretty well. She's extremely energetic, takes wild risks with little to no forethought, and seems easily angered.
What I suggest is to drop the "prefers words over the immediate solution (claws)", or at least work it a little. Make her yell and shout, and have a hard time discussing things civilly with people she hates. Make her more reckless in battle, and have a hard time with hunting anything that she can't chase and catch easily without the stalking.

Name: Bearheat
Description: A large black and white tom with wide amber eyes and a loving personality. He is quite cheerful and will often try and see the best in cats.
Important Notes: Named after a black bear not a grizzly or anything, because that would be strange since his fur color is black x3

Been a while since I've gotten a short one. Pleasant break, haha.

Rate: 5/10
Type: Canonical
Reasoning: Even if he was in the North America region, he's a black and white cat, not a straight black one. I'm assuming that he's patched, so my conclusion is that it doesn't really work.
He doesn't appear to be much of a -heart cat, but I can see why you'd think so. At most, I'd say a -cloud cat, since he's relaxed and optimistic.
Alternative Name: Badgercloud/Looncloud. Both prefixes indicate a black-and-white cat, and -cloud refers to his friendliness.

Name: Dappledface
Description: Dappledface is a beautiful tortoishell she-cat, with pale emerald eyes. I have a picture somewhere, but this is her description.
Important Notes: Dappledface is a rather shy and introverted cat, but she was a forever apprentice in StarClan until she was reborn in a litter of kits. (Like Cinderpelt/heart)
Spirit10 and I are partners, we use the same internet!!

Good Omens.

Image/Description: A lean but muscular black tom with amber eyes and a white locket on his chest. He has long legs with slightly bigger than average paws, giving him the look of an apprentice with some growing still to do.
    Name: Shadowclaw.
    Gender: Tomcat.
Clan: Depends what roleplay I join, to be honest - he could fit in anything but the original four Clans (due to his prefix).
    Rank: Warrior.
Personality/Skills: Amorous, chivalrous, a little reckless at times, friendly with those he knows but a bit suspicious of newcomers, intelligent, he likes to make jokes (and not particularly good ones either) but he can be serious, when it comes to it. Shadowclaw also likes to think of himself as wise, but most of the time he doesn't manage to convince anyone. He's an exceptional fighter and a poor hunter, despite his lean frame - he's just too noisy to be a great hunter, for his legs seem to get in the way quite a lot. However, he's faster than most other toms, also due to his frame, but he has been known to fall over when skidding around corners in pursuit.
Important Notes: Thanks again ^.^ I welcome suggestions to make him better - he's a new character.

Rate: 10/10
Type: Traditional
Reasoning: Dappled- is but a short step from Dapple-, which is a traditional prefix. The reasoning on the differences between the noun and the adjective (Patch- vs Patched-, Mottle- vs Mottled-) is a little hard at times, but the deliberation remains that the "ed" at the end of the word can break up the flow of a name.
In the case of Dappledface, you have the option of Dappleface as well. I'm pretty lenient on things like that, since one way could break up the flow of a name and the other could make it work well, so it's entirely up to you.
Either way, her name fits her perfectly!
Alternative Name: None.
