Personality: Kage is a happy go lucky teen who could probably pass as a twelve year old. He's excitable and hyperactive, he can't stand still and if he's in a room alone he's basically jumping off of the walls. He's very childish and has a bad habit of whining when he doesn't get his way, he also gets stubborn and pouts often. He doesn't like to listen to others and prefers to do things his own way, and they have to deal with it. Most would describe him as a psychopath, because he has a sick sense of humor and thinks it's fun to take the lives of others, not to mention his favorite color is blood.
History: He was the third son born to a family of Heroes, raised to follow in the footsteps of his two older brothers. He grew up practically glued to the side of his younger brother since they were so close in age, but when he got older there was a point where he mentally snapped. He woke up one day, a few weeks after he was accepted into UA, and committed his first crime. He murdered his best friend without reason, it didn't take long for him to get arrested and put behind bars. His Family disowned him after that and about a year later he escaped with a few other people and they scattered. He started committing more crimes, but this time he was careful, it seemed like at one point he caught the attention of the League of Villains, so he decided to join because he thought it would be kinda fun.
