Appearance: she wears a dirty simple white dress with a black cloak over top and a plague mask that she either has on her hip or is wore on her head as a tilt depending on how shy she is feeling.
Personality: Florence is a very shy young woman due to only helping the plague doctors by fetching the supplies they needed and barely spoke to any patients or their families. She was always told to stick to the background and not to be such a disturbance, so she doesn't have the best people skills. It takes her some time to feel comfortable around anyone but once she is comfortable around you she is stuck like glue. She can be very motherly from a distance and deeply cares about others. Although once in a while she can become short tempered but will immediately feel guilty after and profusely apologize. Her death although sad came to no surprise to Florence, after a few years helping the doctors she finally caught the plague. Fortunately for her it only lasted a few weeks. The doctors greatly missed her as they were her caregivers and had a small intimate funeral for her leaving her with her cloak and mask. Every year someone would leave a bouquet of posies at her grave until they had one day just stopped.
