Name: Mercury, or just 'Merc'

Backstory: A vibrant and carefree cinderace, most pokemon wouldn't guess that Merc's free spirit was ever contained. However, he was actually born in captivity. When he was only a baby, he was given to a young trainer, whom he bonded with fairly quickly. One day, the two were playing in the woods when they became separated from each other. Merc eventually found his way back to the last place he had seen his trainer, but no matter how long he waited, his trainer didn't return. Merc was disheartened, however he soon met some wild pokemon who helped him make his way and grew to enjoy his new life. Mercury has since then been a wild pokemon, though he is sociable with others, playful, and energetic. However, he has a hard time committing to anything and tends to expect others to leave him eventually, meaning many of his bonds don't last too long.
Appearance: A fairly normal-looking cinderace, however the tuft of hair on top of his head has two pronounced golden-yellow streaks in it

Backstory: Judas was born wild, growing up in the mountains far away from most humans. He was raised by his mother, who did her best to shelter and care for him, and the two were always very close. One day, Judas his mother sensed a great disaster on its way, as absol are known for being able to do. His mother told him to stay put and ran off in the hope of being able to warn the nearest village of the earthquake that was on its way. She never came back. Judas has since lived alone, though a part of him misses his mother and still wants to know exactly what happened to her all those years ago. However, he has somewhat of a fear of getting too close to humans, somewhat blaming them for his mother's disappearance. Judas is a lonely and standoffish sort and often acts distant, even when he cares about someone.
Appearance: A typical absol; nothing is particularly striking about his appearance.
