appearance: Piper is average height and weight.
She has light skin and brown hair that she ties into a pony tail most of the time.
She doesn't really care too much about her appearance.
She wears the clothes that are the most comfortable and functional.

personality: She's a tough, street smart person, hardened from her challenging life.
She doesn't like showing her emotions or talking about herself too much,
she hides behind a mask of sternness and rarely lifts it,
but she is good at comforting and listening to the others.
She knows that being emotional doesn't get you anywhere in life,
and she doesn't want to be seen as weak or vulnerable.
She didn't really see herself as a team player before joining the luminaries,
but now they have all grown on her.
Despite her hard shell, she is one of the kindest people you'll ever meet
once you get to know her and she would do anything
to protect those who are important to her.
She cares deeply about the other luminaries and since she used to
be a nurse, she is the one responsible of taking care of their wounds.
The experience she has on the streets is useful to the group too.
Piper has a strong moral compass and sense of right and wrong.
That's why she is determined to act against the unfair system
and not just sit by and let tyranny happen.
That's also where she got her alias from, she earned it
since she often helps out people in need.
She's efficient and strong-willed, she knows how to get things done
and deal with any problems thrown her way.
She dislikes being ordered around or belittled.
She has a sharp tongue and isn't afraid of confrontation.

history: Growing up, Piper never had it easy,
her family was very poor and didn't treat her too well,
so she moved out at the age of 16.
She still managed to build up a relatively good life for herself though,
and became a nurse.
A couple of years later, she met her husband, Bill, they moved into a
little apartment together and had a child, too and everything seemed
fine for a couple of years.
Until she lost her job due to failing to save a patient's life,
aming herself for it and not being able to recover from the trauma.
Soon after that, her husband died in a car accident,
she couldn't pay the bills anymore and had to get by on the streets
somehow, while trying to keep her son safe.
Thus, she already had experience living on the streets
when the war came 3 years later.
Her son died because of a bomb, but she survived miraculously,
though she wishes every day that it would have been
the other way round and hates herself for not being able to prevent it.
She still has difficulty dealing with the loss of her precious son.

Well it seems people seem to be gathering a little early for the luminary stuff.

Haha we thought it would be a cool idea if they were working together.
Hadley doesn't really know much about the other luminary gathering,
not sure if Rose does.

Rose probably knows, but wants to maximise her influence, because she doesn't trust anyone : )

the meeting place for the luminaries is probably gonna be
a regular spot so they all know where it is. when a
meeting/raid is being called to happen, one of the luminaries,
will give a signal. maybe a pattern in spray-paint if danny is
calling them to a meeting/raid or a series of flashes as she
walks through the streets if hadley does it, etc. they'll start
early in the night before everyone goes to sleep so everyone
has time to see the signal, and everyone should see it due to
them having to be so observant just to survive. if you have
any ideas i'd love to hear them, though! this is a group rp after
all, so any input from you guys is great <3

btw thank you all for being so active, i'm loving how smoothly
this rp is flowing rn. you're all so talented at writing and your
characters are all lovely. hopefully this rp lasts for a long time

edit; man am i feeling enzo rn. he's so fun to explore and write
considering he's brand new and i've never had a character with
actual political power before. sorry if he seems 2d at first, i'm
trying to flesh him out as i go with the rp so he seems more
natural and less forced

So they're only going to meet at night for the most part unless planned otherwise right. And Enzo is being written beautifully. My writing is a bit rocky right now and I'm not happy with it, but hopefully through more practice it'll be smoother. I feel like right now I'm just going with the flow of things until we get the ball rolling. If I have any ideas I'll let you know.

meeting at night seems like the best plan of action,
seeing as it would be slightly more dangerous and
the government could move more freely at night.

i love how you all are writing by the way! i am still
trying to get the hang of the whole "carter is cruel"
thing, so for now he just seems kind of indifferent
about things. i'm working on it though!

also! i had planned to get a post up after class tonight,
but ended up having to study for a test i completely
spaced i had to take tomorrow. i will definitely get it
up in the morning/ early afternoon though! sorry to
keep any of you waiting!
