PERSONALITY: slightly nervous and jumpy, midnightpaw is a quiet cat. she doesn't like to get involved in things and prefers to just sit and observe. due to this, however, she's very good at noticing things. she often assumes other cats notice things like she does and doesn't do anything, but if it's a life or death situation, she'll react as best as she can.
HISTORY: midnightpaw was born to a very sickly mother. being the runt of the litter, she was thought to die, but she surprisingly didn't. her mother died soon after her birth, the other kits in the litter catching the sickness and midnightkit was quickly taken away from them. she was raised as if she was born alone and has never known anything but her foster mother. she has one other sibling who survived - emberpaw - but neither of them know it.

PERSONALITY: emberpaw is a loud, obnoxious cat. he's bold and demands to be listened to. he loves to move and has troubles sleeping due to being so excited almost all the time. he'll overwork himself if he's not forced to stop, but he doesn't seem to care.
HISTORY: emberpaw was born to a very sickly mother. she died soon after birth and most of the kits got the sickness. emberkit was no exception- catching the sickness and growing up not having seen the sun. he watched as his littermate died one by one until he was left alone. however, he fought through it. he knows of the story of his birth, but was never told there were surviving kits and doesn't know that midnightpaw is his sister. when he first saw the sun, he almost seemed infused with it, fur glowing golden as he ran like he would never stop.
