I'm writing another post at the moment. c:

@Silvestra : I will be on vacation from Apr. 12-16 and am expecting to have little to no internet access. If I do manage to get online, it will be hard to type and code with my phone. Will it be all right if I don't post during that time? I will do my best to catch up when I return!

In other news, everyone's posts are really great! I'm really pleased with the little cast of characters we've got. I feel like they're all going to be so much fun to explore as we go. Also, if anyone knows of others who'd be interested in joining, send them my way; I'd love to get those last few spots filled!

Some might say that Flying is in her blood. Her entire family for
the most part is composed of aircraft mechanics, pilots and aviation engineers.
Some might say that they are all people with their head in the clouds.
Evangeline spent most of her life dreaming of following in her families footsteps
hearing of the tales of her families past wanting to learn more about what
it took to be in the cockpit of any ancient aircraft. However during her teen
hood her life took her in another direction, she spent most of her time
studying the hard sciences her heart set on becoming a bio-chemist.
This was before she found herself not doing well in mathematics. This
is when she found her love of the sky and everything in it. For Evangeline
there was a change in what was now available for her to fly. Now she
had the option of being able to fly ships that were traveling through the
solar system at warp speed. A new dream blossomed in her heart, after
years of study at the academy and her secondary school she managed
to graduate well as a pilot. She spent most of her time locked away in her
dorm room while at the academy, frightened of the mental disorder that
seemed to overshadow everything that she had worked so hard to achieve.

On the surface Evangeline is extremely shy. She tends to keep away
from most social outings, and often locks herself away with a good novel. Either
that or she is caught up in some kind of a model star ship. However, to those
that know her well enough she is very loyal.Sticking by the side of those
she cares about most even if she tends to push people away. She's got
plenty of sides, so for anyone looking to make her acquaintance she is quite the
hand full. Most would define her as being much too high maintenance.
However, most of her behaviour revolves around her bipolar disorder. She
was diagnosed when she was fifteen and ever since she has found herself
in states of either hyperactivity or in a deep sorrow. Sometimes these
episodes last for weeks, or she feels both of these strong emotional pulls at
once. She is on medication to try to combat it, but there are still times
when she still succumbs to her crippling disorder. This is the major reason
for her isolation, to try to shield others from her strange mood swings.

Evangeline's heard nothing but positive remarks
about the young captain. However the two never having
actually have met makes her ability to judge her thoughts
on the captain very difficult. She hopes that the two will
be able to get along. She admires how empathetic the
Captain is, and how she is willing to take the bullet for
anyone under her command. But this is the extend of
knowledge that Evangeline has regarding the captain,
for all that she knows it might not be true.

The Medical officer is probably going to be
one of the people that Evangeline is going
to spend the most time interacting with, besides
the navigator working alongside her. Because of
her disorder (By order of her therapist) she still
needs to be checked up every two weeks. She
hopes that the Doctors kind nature will allow for
the two of them to get along splendidly. She hopes
that he will also be someone she can turn too when
she gets one of her episodes of Mania.

The Cockiness of the Chief engineer is what
concerns Evangeline the most. She has no
doubt that she will be able to do her job aboard the ship
however, she is still worried about wether or not the
two of them will clash upon their first meeting.
Nevertheless she does respect her for graduating the
academy early and how decelerated she is in
the realm of engineering. Hopefully the two of them
can find talking about The innards of the ship positive for
both.

This young Lieutenant crashed into Evangeline a few
times while she was at the academy but she remembers
next to nothing about him. Accept of course for his
excellent work in his classes. She is concerned
with both of them being impulsive that they will clash
if they both decide to make a rash decision. However, she admires
his ability for being able to express what he is feeling.
Hopefully he will be able to teach her a thing or two about it.

Evangeline has been an avid
Phantom of the Opera fan since she first
saw it on Broadway when she was sixteen.
Ever since she's read the screen play, book
and stage script though many times.
When she first saw Satek at the academy,
he is how she envisions the Phantom. Ever
since she's been smitten with him. She
highly admires his ability to control his
emotions when hers have been the death
of her for as long as she can remember.
She worries that he will not be able to understand
her emotional nature being something that is outside
of her control. Most of all, she fears
his nature to follow the rules will hinder
them ever having the relationship that she dreams of.

officer a mystery to her. She probably
thinks the same way about Evangeline as
well. However she admires how hard working the
Lieutenant is. She hopes that they can
share a love of the english language together.
However, she does worry about the officer
picking up on and pointing out her emotions.
But because of her caring nature, she has a
feeling that the two of them will develop
a strong friendship over the next five years.

Evangeline figures since the two of
them will be working in tandem its
best to assume the best about her.
Dakota is once again another mystery to
be solved for Evangeline, however she has heard
a few things about her.
Evangeline admires her loyalty, and feels
like they might be kindred spirits from their
shyness. Hopefully this can be the launching point
for a strong relationship between the two. Especially
if they have to work tougher to steer the ship in
the right direction.
