I think either doing a reboot or rearranging the action/interactions would probably be the best course of action. especially considering some of the folks who are in the middle of all the action may not return.

I'm still around and willing to continue with my characters.

I personally think it's reasonable to skip forward to the gathering or atleast by pass some of the events that involve characters that are now NPCs. Having to revamp conversations from characters that are now NPCs to active characters may just be too stressful itself. Atleast from my perspective.

I also looove the idea of having a discord group going to keep in contact with everyone and discuss plots, etc. I personally respond ten times faster to messages on discord as far as communication goes.

Thanks for your input! I think we still have enough active members to continue, for now. I'd like to do a mix of options 1 and 2, removing most inactive characters, keeping a few necessary npcs, and rearranging conversations as naturally as possible. I'm still waiting on a few responses but I have removed clearly inactive characters. Players are always welcome to return whenever they like! If things don't work out, I'll consider making this into a private group roleplay and/or rebooting it.

I rearranged and cleaned up the allegiances to remove all inactive characters. I also moved all the adoptable npcs to a separate section. I probably should have done that a while ago... I'm still learning how to be a roleplay host. All your advice has been super helpful!

Discord
I tend to be more responsive on Discord as well, so I made a Discord server for the roleplay! It's my first time making a server, so please let me know if I need to change anything. Joining the server is non-mandatory. Just use it if you prefer plotting and discussing that way! All major announcements will be made in both the discussion and the server.

New Arrangements
I made a loose plan for how to rearrange interactions after losing several characters. But please tell me if you'd like to do things differently!

• Mudslide
  
  - Proceed with rescuing Stormpaw and getting back to camp.
  - Stormpaw is unconscious and can be rescued by Sykestar, Starlingflight and Kyanitepaw. She and Dapplepaw can be carried to the medicine den. During a timeskip, they will be re-assigned to npc mentors and removed from the roleplay.
  - Russetnose is removed from the roleplay and should not be interacted with.
• Mistback, Owlsong, Lynxspring, and Cinnamonthorn
  
  - After Lynxspring and Owlsong carry Mistback to the medicine den, Lynxspring can leave and respond to Cinnamonthorn's question. They can decide whether to help with preparations, look for Milktuft, or do something else.
  - Mistback will remain unconscious in the medicine den. During a timeskip, she will recover and be removed from the roleplay.
  - Owlsong is removed from the roleplay and should not be interacted with.
• Firefly, Aspencurrent, and Perchwood
  
  - Ngl I'm not sure what to do here since the main focus of their conversation is Firefly. Please tell me your ideas!! Maybe Firefly got cold feet after hearing the mudslide and seeing Perchwood appear, so she escaped to rogue territory.
• Falcon and Jackdaw
  
  - Instead of interacting with Falcon, Jackdaw can go after Hopperpaw and Gullsplash, perhaps bringing the fight to clan territory.

im alive!! sorry for going mia, im moving out on my own for the first time! it's been crazy !!

im still interested in keeping this story going! i think rebooting could be a good idea, as it gets rid of the inactive members and a fresh start for some new characters!

i will write up a post when it is decided on how to move forward with the rp! super excited for this to get up and running again! <3

Hi all! So glad to see us moving the story along even with our struggles.

I will be working on sykestar's post today, hoping to get it up so we can keep the rescue effort moving. Sykestar will be losing a life in this scene as she attempts to save stormpaw.

I spoke with selas and simply because they seem to be a driving force of some of the story, we decided on some images of our fallen deputy and med cat!

hi! Sorry it’s taken me so long to get my forms up, the past few weeks have been hectic but I promise I will get them up ASAP. i will be in the car for like 3.5 hours so I will try to work on them during that time! Also, I have ravenpaw as a medicine cat apprentice, just wanted to double check that was still okay.
