I guess, but I feel like they’d still be mad. I mean, I haven’t had it that long...I don’t want another one anyway though. If Alexa is going to be that annoyinging...I wonder if the screen could be fixed, but I kind of doubt it. I had two iPads and one broke and the Apple employee said it wasn’t fixable.

Then I was messing with my other one because there was like a weird little scratch/hole on the back. I turned it back around, and the screen was messed up, and that is literally not even explainable, but at least mom believed me on that one.

I think so? I mean, there’s probably no way to tell accept to take it apart, if that’s even possible, but it’s all black at the top of the screen, nothing can be seen

Nothing on the back? (Sorry for all the questions. I’ve used Apple for 10+ years and have had enough problems to start trying to identify them)

XD cool, but it’s not Apple, it’s a Kindle Fire. Wait, is that an Apple product? That would explain why it’s trash...Whoops, ha ha, and I could go look, but what am I actually looking for on the back of it?

Any cracks, and a serial number?

I just thought of something...screen protectors are supposed to keep the screen from getting cracked/broken right?

Yes and no. They make it HARDER for the screen to get cracked, especially at the edges. The middle of the screen is still quite delicate

Okay, there appears to be something on the back, but I can’t tell if it’s just scratched or cracked, it’s super faint so...There’s also like 6-8 different numbers, none of them actually say serial. One is the model number though.

That’s the serial number, so basically if you need help figuring out if it can be fixed at home, call/text/whatever they ask at the website of Apple or whatever company it is, and they'll probably ask for that number, then they can check the model and see if there’s any coverage to get it fixed, or tell you if/how to fix it yourself if it’s minor damage
