Personality: As the dark half of the original Guardian meant to preserve the balance of the Triforce, Cia is motivated by jealousy and possessiveness over all else. She's cunning and prideful, often overestimating her own power and control over the darkness to achieve her goals. Ironically she's also able to see when pride will be the downfall of others, using this to her advantage when planning though she never seems to account for her own weaknesses. Willing to stop at nothing to achieve her goals. And hopelessly infatuated with Link.
History: Cia was originally the Guardian meant to protect the balance of the Triforce and to observe the various timelines. As she watched over Link and saw him triumph over Ganon again and again she became infatuated with the hero, growing more and more possessive over him and jealous of Princess Zelda's role in his lives. Eventually this became strong enough to corrupt her, forcing her to split into her dark half, Cia, and a light half, Lana. Cia has forsaken her previous position as a Guardian, now wielding the Triforce of Power for her own use in her quest to take Link for herself. She used this power to open the Gate of Souls and merge various timelines, eventually ending up here with no apparent way back.
Powers: Cia is an extremely skilled dark sorceress with incredible magical power. In addition to wielding darkness directly she can also summon monsters, including extremely large and powerful monsters, under her command. She's also shown the ability to create dark versions of those she fights, drawing out the darkness within them and controlling it. She wields a scepter that can transform into a whip-like weapon to enhance her magic.
