I thought only Apple could be trash...boy was I wrong.
So, my stupid kindle kept opening Alexa for no reason, it’s not like I authorize it too. So I was trying to figure out how to get rid of it. Then this stupid thing telling me I had to log in showed up. And I don’t know how this is possible but it messed up my Kindle...There’s a bar at the bottom with a square, a circle and like a back button. The stupid thing decided to...to delete everything but the back button? And I got mad and threw the dumb thing and now there’s a crack in it... but who cares? I’m not using it anymore because there doesn’t seem to be a way to get rid of that dumb log in thing now...

Have you tried restarting the device entirely or shutting off Alexa?

Well, I can’t shut off Alexa now...but yes, I restarted because the dumb white screen login thing was there and it was still there when it turned back on. I also went into my settings before that, but there was just some words for Alexa and nothing telling me how to get rid of it. There’s something else for Alexa in a different part of the settings, and it DID say Delete or Disable or whatever but wouldn’t let me...And there was a second thing next to it, which I did do, which I think was supposed to make it stop coming up on my screen, but that didn’t work bc it popped back up today

I shouldn’t...I’m an adult. It doesn’t matter now, though, the screen is completely messed up and nothing can be seen. I’m not showing them that because dad will definitely kill me...He won’t believe me when i tell him I was trying to throw it in the toy box, not at it, but of course it fell short and hit the edge of the stinking thing.

I literally was lying on the floor once and had a phone that slid out of my pocket and cracked. I told them, and They didn’t believe me on that...
