I don't know :/ I think they should remember everything like the fight Alex and Riann had. They would just think it happened in the desert [ or wherever the new dome is] instead of the forest.

@Blurry Yeah, I see what you're saying. Maybe they would remember the fight and all, but the location would be fuzzy. They would recall the event itself, but not the surrounding area, as if someone took the blur tool and turned it all into a blob of nothingness. Example (if they lived in a quickly and terribly drawn stick-figure world in which they were bald and didn't have animal mutations because I forgot to draw them):
