@Mrs.DeanWinchester- All I know is that Valoria and Alvere were in an envoy coming to Istoth. Kai met them, but then chased after Adelaide when she stole from them. Those two are in the woods and just encountered K'Joor.

And in terms of the plot, I remember Scarlett; saying that she set the bag down and then Kai picked it up and tucked it under his belt. So if you mean a different bag that's fine, but Kai has the other one that belongs to Valoria safely tucked away.
So I'm slightly confused.

It was my understanding as well that Kai had Val's herbs, which are in a medium-sized leather bag, tucked in his belt. So either K'joor stole something else from Adelaide, or the herbs from Kai.

I was confused on that point as well. And I think I made a mistake of even more confusion in my latest post. I'll go edit that now.

But I am not too sure why Addie would have medicine in the first place; She doesn't even use herbs, anyhow, so she was disappointed when she found what was really in Val's satchel.

I just edited it so that she took one of the other inconspicuous leather bags tied to Addie's belt. XD It probably just has some staple foods or something to that accord in it, as she does travel often and usually carries everything she would need to survive with her. But cadillac. can decide on something other than herbs.
