Personality: Sora: Brave, selfless, and optimistic. Sora might be a little naïve and innocent as a kid, but he’s always upbeat and determined. No matter what seemingly insurmountable task awaits him, Sora always rises to the occasion, albeit a little bit impulsively. He’s incredibly loyal to his friends and is willing to risk his life to protect them. Possessing a warm and open heart, Sora finds it within himself to forgive even his most evil enemies. Though he’s a little competitive, this aids him well in his fights as he learns what it means to be a real hero.

Roxas: he's kind, likable, and friendly. He cares about others and is brave, and would do anything to protect the ones he cares about.Roxas is generally more mature and will think rationally before moving forward, unlike the happy-go-lucky Sora. However, Roxas also displays a much more aggressive personality compared to Sora when teased or confused, and can be irritable and impatient. He can also be cocky and arrogant at times.

Personality: Mysterious, stoic, and calm demeanor, good liar, makes a point of keeping himself difficult to read, coming off as fooling around when really his mind is at work manipulating the other cats around him(Except Sora and Roxas). Sometimes cruel, sarcastic and laid-back, "go with the flow" outlook on many things, kind, protective.

That +1 kit rule sounds pretty reasonable to me. Although, what if there are too many kits born and not enough people to play them? Would people be able to take on more than one kit character in that case? Maybe new additional characters (beyond the first 3) could only be made whenever there's kits about to be born. Just a suggestion of course, it's totally up to you ^^

He is quite cordial on the surface, especially towards his leader and medicine cat, as well as queens--or she-cats in general, for that matter. He has a certain way with words that can make anyone feel flattered. This, alas, is only one side of him.

Special circumstances and numbers will be taken into consideration for kits being born into the RP because what you said about not having enough people to play the kits sometimes and forms can be made for kits when they're about to be/just born, also what role is Stark?
