Marshclan & Hawkclan's Fate | Discussion Thread

@Nyverria: Idk if you've seen since your post, but all my characters are now up and done. I hope they're okay!
Also, just to clarify timeline-wise, how long ago was the split of the two clans? Like would there still be cats around who remember LakeClan, or was it a few generations ago? And have there been any recent tensions between HawkClan and MarshClan to take note of?

Furthermore, if my characters are accepted, then I would love to discuss potential relations (through PM or just in this discussion thread) for them! I don't have any particular relations in mind, but of note:
- For Fadingwind, his possibly futile crush (lol rip) on the medicine cat is set in stone, though I'm not opposed to expanding that plotline. I don't mind adding littermates/other living kin, rivals, or friends for him, though he's a bit of a wallflower so he may not have too many close friends.
- I've left Lynxpaw's parents and such open in case anyone wants to do familial relations, in which case idm changing ages to sync! Also open to discussing rivals/friends/crush; he is a friendly go-getter so I'd love for him to start off with a few friends, especially among the apprentices. He may be a little troublesome for whoever his mentor is though, haha.
- Similarly, Doeprance is also open to friends, family and littermates, rivals, etc. She's a bit more of a troublemaker who may push boundaries lol, so I could see her possibly in a forbidden romance if anyone ever wants to go that route.

@Mezzo - I will check them out tomorrow. The split between the clans happened about 72 moons ago/ 6 years ago. The recent news on the RP thread is that three apprentices died in Hawkclan and only two warriors died in Marshclan. More details will be addressed once the RP starts.

@everyone - The leader role for Marshclan is still up for grabs. Whoever would like to take the role that has yet to take a higher position than a warrior please PM me and we can discus the plots/etc.

personality. an incredibly awkward but bubbly little dude. bumblepaw has the coordination of a worm and the social skills of a tree, but his happy-go-lucky personality and his can-do attitude make him into a likeable young cat. what he lacks in physical ability, he more than makes up for in heart and bravery. he tends to have absolutely no idea as to what's going on at any given point in time, but he's always happy to be there for it. no thoughts head empty, just vibes. bumblepaw tends to get distracted pretty easily by just about anything - a falling leaf, a distant bird call, other cats, the grass under his paws... anything at all. however, once he is fully focused on a task (which is a truly rare occurrence) he proves to be a fast learner and dedicated apprentice. his greatest desire is to become a warrior and protect his home and family against marshclan.

@galaxy, - I'll get Pebblepaw on the RP page soon. Due to Pebblepaw being a med cat apprentice, it clashes with you having two characters with a high rank. I'm just trying to keep things fair for everyone.

ah sorry if my post keeps disappearing and reappearing! this account is new so the mods have to check every time i edit a post, which causes it to disappear. it's frustrating, especially when trying to make pretty references :'( but i get why they have to do it. i'll leave bumblepaw's reference alone now so it shouldn't pull a disappearing act again!

@everyone - Anyone who doesn't have a character in the Med App, Med cat, and Deputy rank may take the Leader role for Marshclan. Once we have a leader for the remaining clan we can get started once everyone finishes their characters. ^.^

she's a very observant cat who is incredibly skilled at reading others, some she can read like open books in no time at all and others she finds it a little more difficult to get a read on which would no doubt pique her interest. she doesn't have a big friend circle and prefers to keep her inner circle to a few trusted cats whom she'd have close, intimate bonds with. great with younger cats and more likely to be fond of them, she's a great mentor and oftentimes with maintain that close relationship with her apprentices even when they become warriors.

a very hard-working cat who is charming and exuberant to the extent that many see him as this romantic heartthrob. he'd quicker respect sacrifice and grit than laziness and selfishness any day and is greatly protective of his friends and family. with him as a friend you would be sure to have a shoulder to lean on as well as a shield of steel between you and any potential threats. he would definitely be prone to have had many flirtationships or casual relationships but he's at the point in his life where he's ready to settle down with the right cat.

the large molly lacks any sort of verbal filter and has a rather blunt tongue which can be uncomfortable to some cats. she's a devoted warrior whose fierceness has been noted and often counted on during battles or confrontations with outsiders. she's more stoic and cool tempered than most would initially believe but is prone to mood swings. she is an acquired taste for some but those who take the time to befriend her or even just converse with her are often surprised that she isn't as cold and emotionless as her exterior leads others to believe and has a great sense of humour and sarcastic quips. not completely anyways.

a young tom with a whole lot of spunk and a curiosity that takes up it's own space, he's wound himself up in the medicine den on multiple occasions because of his shenanigans and escapades. the biggest sweetheart and love bug who just wants to be loved by everyone.

I should mention that I'm going to be on vacation starting next Wednesday, so I won't be around much until I return on the 10th; I might pre-write starters for my characters (big maybe) depending on when the rp starts, so if anyone would like to be tagged by me let me know and I can get started on those, but I'll be slow to respond otherwise in that timeframe.

Another question: when are mentor-apprentice pairs going to be decided?
