tough. if one was to describe with a single word it would be tough. she's been through hell, yet she still acts like heaven to her teammates for the most part. Though not necessarily a social butterfly who pranced about jovially at all times, lark can be seen sparking up a chat with her team when they aren't at work. She is quite well-rounded, knowing when and when not to speak out (though occasionally she has let her calm slip). She is a bit of a spitfire once you get her going, though. She isn't exactly dependent on others, actually able to hold her weight pretty well compared to others. Sure, she prefers the company of friends, though a little independence won't kill her. Lark may seem like a pretty calm and civilized dog, though in reality she is quite the opposite. She's dealing with her demons, though she very—if ever— speaks about the pain that bubbles inside her.

abadoned by her mother at a young age, lark was found by men who believed that she could be used as a bait dog for their fighting dogs. They were wrong. Damn wrong. She fought back, and it started a chain reaction of awful things to spark up. She was used as a fighting dog for about six months, then as a protection dog for a criminal on the run, who would abuse her constantly. It didn't take long for the person to be caught, then placing Lark in the shelter, where she was found by a musher who wished for another dog on his team. With determination and hard work, Lark has earned a spot on this team and has developed from the dog she was before. She still looks back at her past with disgust, and envies the dogs that had merry histories.

History: Laika was born to a husky, she never knew her father. She was raised as a sled dog even though they didn't quite know what she was. She turned out to be really quite good and was sold for quite a pretty penny.
Personality: Laika is a very emotional dog. She can be EXTREMELY overjoyed at the smallest thing but the tiniest insult could leave her DEVASTATED for weeks. She is dramatic and a bit clingy. She always has to check and make sure everyone still likes her. She is unpredictable when it comes to conflict, either she'll back down immediately or she'll throw herself in headfirst and not back down until she is dead. Others have to break up the fight. She is easily frightened by anything unknown. However she is very sweet. She is kind and likes to cuddle. If someone seems upset she trues to check on them and make sure they are okay. She is very playful and enjoys having a little fun once in a while. She is very curious and she tries to stay positive but once in a while she gets a little whiny.
