could you please change 'breed' to 'most influential breed' (or MIB if it's easier, I know what you mean if you write that)? also, there are no show names because there hasn't been any interactions with humans for around 2000 years. could you also please add in a short history? (it can literally be one sentence if you like). are grace and uno purebreds? if so, could you please specify that? other than those small things, your forms look pretty good.
