Personality- Mewtwo is a stoic with strong principles and morals. He believes pokemon should live free of both humans and legendaries.
History- Mewtwo was a saving force for many pokemon. He fought back against many human organizations and rescued several pokemon mistreated by them. Now that the organizations are down, he's set his sites against the legendaries. He has decidedly shed his legendary status in order to continue helping his fellow pokemon.
Other- Mewtwo will not jump directly into violence. He will try to persuade his opposition to his side first.

By the way, did you mean to say Palkia and Dialga in your last post? Because Rayquaza is near sky pillar, but I understand if it travels to different pillars.

Ruler of- Nothing, but has the ability to stop Kyogre and Groudon's fighting || Home- in the atmosphere in space around Sky Pillar || Allignment- Neutral || Curious about/Interested in- none and no one || Refer to as- she/her(even though most see them as a him)
Personality- Rayquaza can be seen as a calm dragon type though if bothered by anyone or anything while she is in her moment of peace she may become enraged and demand why you woke her. If you fail to answer she will probably, most likely attack without hesitation. Other than that she's kind and has a soft tone with those who look to her for guidance or help with something.
History- not much, after what happened all those years ago she has returned to the stratosphere from where she came from but sticks around Sky Pillar in case she is called on.
Other- she is very capable of mega evolution
