avanhellica; Aw, I feel like Piper and Obelix could definitely be friends. They're kind of similar, so she would feel for him and always be really nice to him.
As for Vesper, I can see them being friendly at the very least, but at the same time, Piper would be sort of intimidated by her because of her vengeful attitude. Piper would probably try to avoid her to make sure she doesn't tick Vesper off or make her mad.
crasher; Ryker and Piper seem pretty similar, actually, so maybe they could bond over how awkward they are? Pipes would definitely be very nice to Ryker, mainly because she'd be able to empathize with his personality.
For Caleb, I've got no clue. Piper would be nice to him, of course, but I don't really see her being friends with him? I'm not sure, it's up to you.
fixie; I think Victoria and Piper could be friends, or at least friendly. Because Tori is funny and nice, Piper wouldn't feel uncomfortable around her or anything.
nova; LOUIS I think Piper could actually be friends with Maximus, if that's okay? I don't know, I was sort of thinking she'd try to keep him from doing reckless things, because he's rash and violent? I'm talking out of my butt right now because Louis is distracting me
For Grayson, his relationship with Piper is totally up to you. I was thinking friendly acquaintances rather than friends, because Piper has too many friends for a shy kid, but it's your choice.
nuclear; Aw, crap, I honestly have no idea for either of your characters. Dx My best guess is that Piper is neutral with both Kipp and Renier, but if you have an idea, please let me know.
reckless; I don't think Piper would talk to Phoebe all that much, mainly because their personalities are different and Phoebe would scare Piper. It's up to you. I'm totally drained of ideas.
the dreamer; I honestly have no clue, I'm so sorry. Piper and Andrea probably wouldn't be friends, and I think Piper would avoid her for the most part because of Andrea's narcissism.
toast; Awww, Jesse is so cute. I can see Piper being friends with him, although it's your decision.
Teddy would probably scare or intimidate Piper, but at the same time, she'd feel sort of bad for him. I don't picture them as friends, unless that's what you want, in which case I'd say go for it. But if not, they'd probably be fair acquaintances, since Piper is nice to just about everyone.
tylerjoseph; I feel like Reagan and Piper could either be friends or completely avoid each other. I'm really not sure. It's up to you, haha, sorry I'm clueless. Maybe they'd at least have a connection, because they're both humans?

I fixed up her form a lot and I think that it's okay now. Gosh, I'm quite late but eh, hope that it isn't much trouble to you guys to add an extra relation. c: Here's what I've come up with so far, obviously doesn't have to be the way that I've written it, but it's just a general idea I suppose.

Ryker Ah, I'm not sure. I feel like she wouldn't take much interest in him before something happens, she'd notice his existence but I doubt that she'd approach him. Perhaps if they do end up being friends I think that they'd be quite close, mainly because she keeps people like him close.
Andrea I feel like the two of them wouldn't get along at all. Mainly because she is very narcissistic and that is one of the traits that Arryn hates the most in beings.
Caleb I feel like they could be very good friends, once she gets past his walls and realises what he's actually like.
Pheobe I'm not sure really, she probably wouldn't be the one to approach her.
Maximus She'd probably stay away from him due to his reckless behaviour, they might clash.
Colby Instant friends I think, she really likes generally loud and friendly people and I think that she'd be very close to him.
Grayson They'd have to talk a bit for her to actually form an opinion.
Reagan I really don't know.
Jesse She'd be interested in getting to know him.
Teddy I think that she'd usually stay away from him, but deep down inside she'd be quite interested in getting to know what he's actually like, what he's thinking.
Kipp She'd probably avoid her under all cost, no chance of them being friends.
Renier Ideas?
Vesper Gosh I'm not sure. Any ideas?
Obelix tbh instant friends, they'd have so much to talk about and she'd try to take care of him

Victoria I have no idea, perhaps they could get along.

Wow, I feel horrible for saying that. xD
But I what I mean is that I don't really see them interacting that much?
So I think they'd be more neutral than anything else.
