@Spiritstar Ehhh, potentially. I have 2 (or 3) other characters in the making, it would be cool to have Mika or Yuu as a fc for them.... Hmm..... This still needs thought though.
You should totally go for it, they are pretty nice charters. (I mean, Shinya is pretty cool in every single way. Who wouldn't want a rifle shooting out demonic tigers?)

[ powers ] he is able to see with sound, he is able to destroy things with sound and he is able to amplify sound or make things impossible to hear.
[ personality ] Steve is more go with the flow than most, half the time he's either walking around or just hanging out with random people.
[ history ] At the age of 4 Steve was diagnosed with a genetic defect that would cause his eyes to, decompose. After the loss of his eyes Steve joined his dad at his radio station, which he Bagan to enjoy. Each day after school he would be driven to the station to hang out with his dad and help with some parenting problems by giving them the out look of a child. He became known for saying " we're not as stupid as you think we are." His father ended up with the same defect Steve had but instead of taking just the eyes it took his life. His mother later died in a car accident. Steve did odd jobs and saved up enough to buy a ticket to London. At the age of 16 and filled with survivors guilt Steve moved to the uk to try to enjoy his life. He met the mystery man and was shocked to find he had the ability to see, but the only thing he can see in color is the purple moon.

descreiption: at a height of 6ft Steve is rather lean, at first glance you could swear he wasn't able to pick up anything that weighted more than a hundred pounds. Steve has black hair that has an almost blue tint it hangs freely, the bangs cover in his bandages to the point that they arent visible. At all times Steve wears bandages around his eyes. His skin is tan but light enough to pass as white. He wears a black jacket with a white under shirt, the under shirt has a picture of a few cartoon characters. He wears baggy jeans but always wears a belt so they don't sag. Steve has a booksack on him to keep up with his stuff, a bit of rainy day cash, some electronics along with chargers, a few books and some packaged snacks. Steve wears worn down shoes but finds the comfort hard to part with. Last but certainly not least he has a cane, it is 5 ft long, but extends to 7 ft, is white and made of a light weight metal.
