I've always imagined dragons with rankings and all, royal being a few of the strongest.
Think of it as being able to control all of the elements and all, with a side of royal light which comes in the form of golden light. Of course, he can only use all this in his dragon form which he doesn't shift into due to society today, the power needed to shift (plus the weird feeling), and the fact that his dragon mind thinks a little differently from his human side.
If it need to be changed, then please do tell me.

Allow me to put this in as kind a way as I possibly could to help you out. Everyone who has been RPs long enough can tell you this: No. That is too OP and makes no sense from what Fairy Tail has shown. Yes, there are rankings......only for each element. Here's an example. You could have weaker fire dragons. Then you have middle-tier fire dragons. Then you have those among the strongest fire dragons, those like Atlas Flame. Finally, you have the strongest fire dragon, Igneel. He's given the title Fire Dragon King. There's no Royal Dragon. Even Acnologia uses only a single element. What that is, we don't know. But with a name like the Black Dragon, I've got my money on darkness. It probably isn't that, but it's the only thing I can think of.

As blunt and emotionless as she may seem, she yearns for attention from someone other than her brother for once. She she is interested in joining. just doesn't want to say it.

Ha, thought so. And then, what are you like? You know, your personality. C'mon.
"I'm described to be blunt and cold."
But very kind and caring. Though her aura may be a little intimidating in some ways.

What kind of stuff are you into? You know: interest, likes, dislikes, the such?
"I like weapons, mainly throwing knives I have on me at all times, poking fun at my brother sometimes, and diamonds. I dislike those who are supidly annoying, bright colors, and forests."
She doesn't want to admit that she likes attention

Anything we should know about ahead of time? Any weird habits or nothing?
"I'm a weapon hoarder who hoards her weapons with her brother's stash of shiney things, and I get lost in forests rather easily."
And she's heterosexual.

Right... So, what's your life been like? You know, your past and such. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, though.
"It was interesting. Feel free to ask me for details, I don't want to be giving out information recklessly."
It's similar to her brother's. Just ask her for the specifics. if she trusts you that is...

"Mom and dad disappeared not too long ago, one big brother."
