Name: Ashton D. Jacob Miller (later will adopt Anya's last name once they’ve legally adopted him)
Nickname: Those close to him may call him A.J. or Ash if they wish.

Personality: Ashton is bright and chirpy in happy moments, and an attentive listener, craving to take in as much knowledge as he can in order to apply it and make both his parents and his mentor proud. He seeks validation on a regular basis ever since the deaths of his biological parents.

Ashton doesn’t visibly show his emotions when he can help it. He feels it’s not necessary and may get in the way of his eventual success. He wants to focus on his tasks at hand rather than any kind of internal conflicts, although he can acknowledge they exist. He knows he has trauma, he’d just rather not acknowledge it aloud. However, when his mood is swayed to anger, it takes a considerable effort to calm him down in the moment.

Ashton is a fast learner. He can both learn and apply rather quickly, and learns best via doing rather than simply being told. He's very strongly opinionated, and once he’s made up his mind about something, that’s that. He won’t stand for seeing someone not taking responsibility, it annoys him to no end. As such, he always tries to accept responsibility for his own actions.

With his family, Ashton can be very affectionate, and leans on his adoptive parents perhaps a little more than he would like to, partially for support, partially in hopes of bonding properly with them after the deaths of his biological parents. He’s very grateful to have been taken in, and worries he doesn’t show it enough.

Ashton can be judgemental and a bit brooding at times, he wants his way and that’s that. He often wants what he knows he can’t have at the moment, which only pushes him forward so that eventually, he can achieve whatever his goals are. He won’t deny he occasionally has a selfish streak despite a good work ethic and his willingness to take initiative, and he is not ashamed of it either.


History: Ashton lived with his family, happy and carefree, until he was 13 and a half. The fishmen attacked the mainland, and after the attack, he found out his parents had been collateral damage, casualties, leaving him on his own.

Ashton was then found and taken in by Anya and Helmeppo, looking at adopting an older kid anyway, and finding Ashton on his own. He has since gone on to train under Kirsten as a Marine, with goals of breaking the record at fastest rising Marine.

Personality:
Carly is a kind, compassionate, don’t
be fooled by her general nature. She
is a chaotic person with a chaotic

History:
Her mother acted as a surrogate twice for the couple: Viviana and Luciana.

decided at some point that it was her time to join the Marines as well. Side

She is naturally blonde, but she has died her hair
her favorite color, purple. It goes from a really dark
pretty close to a black purple on the top of her head
and grows in a lighter richer looking purple. She has

hazel eyes that twinkle just a little bit it seems.

Personality:
Adores his adoptive father since that's the only parent he's ever known but also the man has always been kind to him. Loke is intelligent, strong, and doesn't hide that he likes boys, but he only likes one in particular as more than a friend. He's not sensitive or weak, not shy or cowardly, and can take initiative and help step up to the plate when needed. He cares deeply for those he sees as family, but mostly he cares for Dellinger and is loyal to the other boy. He's cold and harsh as needed, as well as stubborn and a bit hard headed but maybe that's not always bad. He's selfish with what he wants, but not selfish as in keeping food to himself or anything, and can also be fiery and maybe arrogant seeming.

Name: Monet (moh nay)
Age: 30
Gender: Female

Personality: Monet is fairly reserved, preferring to watch than speak unless needed, and isn’t afraid of silence most of the time, as long as she has something to keep her busy. Monet is secretive, not willing to divulge information too easily. She’s a scholar, always trying to find a way to learn new things that she may put to use later on.

Monet is easily flustered by compliments and kind words. She’s a flirt, being being flirted with throws her for a loop. As a harpy, who oughtn’t fit in right, it’s only expected it’d catch her off-guard. She’s not above flirting and teasing, just for the fun of it, or to get what she needs. In fact, now and then she quite enjoys it.

Monet is incredibly detailed-oriented. She is very perceptive, and can pick up subtleties many people miss most of the time. She relies on wit and speed rather than brute force in combat. Monet is a very work oriented young woman, highly focused, she doesn’t allow herself to get off track too long. She takes what she does very seriously, largely because she feels she owes a debt for being removed from a sticky situation.

Monet is a very level-headed, even tempered woman, especially for her line of work being very intense and important. She doesn’t lose her cool very often, and is more likely to giggle at things others may find annoying or frustrating, than get upset. When she DOES get upset though, she cannot be soothed by anyone or anything. She will often jump straight to attack in those rare cases, and become arrogant and defensive.


History: Monet was rescued alongside her little sister from an unknown terrible circumstance by Donquixote Doflamingo. She later joined the Donquixote Pirates/Family and was sent to work undercover as a secretary/assistant for Caesar Clown once she’d taken her Devilfruit.

Monet was initially born a human, but no longer is classified as such. At some point, Monet was transformed into a harpy with long, knobbly bird legs with sharp talons, and whitish blue wings, and spent time collecting information for Doflamingo. After the events of the Punk Hazard Arc, Caesar accidentally stabbed her heart, traded by Law with Smoker's, and she collapsed before she could force the factory to explode.

(Canon divergence) However, when Doflamingo came to see what was wrong, why she’d stopped responding and nothing was happening, he’d found her lying deathly still. Tests said her heart was not in her chest, meaning it’s still in Caesar's possession. She lives despite this, having been resurrected from a near-death state after being brought back to Dressrosa, thanks to the Devilfruit powers of Tontatta princess Mansherry, before she’d been sent out on her newest assignment. What is it? She has yet to reveal it.

Devilfruit Abilities: Yuki-Yuki no Mi (Snow-Snow Fruit)


- Can transform her body into snow, leaving it difficult to injure her without use of Seastone, heat, or Haki, and in general, her body has zero body heat, she’s ice cold to the touch.

- Because of this, and arguably her most dangerous ability, a hug can put someone to sleep and give them severe hypothermia.

- Monet can use her wings as if they were blades, or as if they were shields.

- She can form barriers and manipulate snow, and generate it at will, breathing light snowfall, or violent blizzards.

- Like many Logia, if her body is in the form of her element at the time of injury, she can regenerate wounds, even considerably severe ones, as she once simply fixed being cut in half.


NAMED TECHNIQUES:


- Kamakura Jusshoshi: she forms ten lapping layers of thick, packed snow to create a domed cage over an opponent. It’s not foolproof, but it’s hard as hell to break out of.

- Yuki Gaki: Monet can create a giant snow wall to block the approach of enemies.

- Mannen Yuki: Monet completely turns to snow and then proceeds to surround an opponent's body with the snow, weakening and immobilizing them with the severe cold she exudes. While the enemy cannot move, Monet then transforms into a large snow monster with long fangs made of solidified snow, which can easily rip through flesh and bone, although the enemy does not bleed due to the wound freezing from the cold bite.

- Tabira Yuki: Monet freezes her feathers to use them as slicing and piercing weapons.

- Yuki Rabi: She can hurl snowballs that look like rabbits at her opponent as an attack. The exact damage done is unknown, as the only opponent it was canonically tried off dodged with a use of Soru. Given she used it as a last resort and seemed confident, it can be presumed Yuki Rabi is something someone doesn’t want to deal with.

- Fubuki: Monet can release a stream of snow from her lips, blowing to create a blizzard around an opponent to disorient them.

Crew: Donquixote Pirates


Appearance: Monet is 7'5, with the upper body of an attractive young woman, curvy and lean, with pale skin, amber-gold eyes, and perfectly set features. She has long, wavy green hair and favours tank tops and shorts. From the waist down, she has long bird legs, with sharp talons on the toes. Despite this and the fact she bears bluish white wings, she is classified as both harpy and human, capable of interacting and fitting in with humans despite her strange appearance.

Other: Her plot points will be along with the next batch I post in the discussion. With the character purge, I’m getting rid of some of the characters I haven’t used in forever, and bringing in one or two who are gonna be good at plot.
