details. slit eyebrow usually, almost always wearing dangling earrings, likes to pair hoodies with jackets & skinny jeans. lowkey rich clothing - probably drags a gucci backpack around to brag, heavily believes in accessorizing, never seen without a choker. doesn't believe in carrying around cash because cards look fancier. has never been able to get through a metal detector once in his life. hides bruises well, thankfully does not scar easily. will steal your things if you don't watch them, for someone so in love with making messes he hates cluttered homes. has a cute smile, beware of it, it's deceiving. likes to look at city lights a lot during the nighttime, finds an odd amount of peace in trekking up to the rooftop floors of hotels to sit over the edge of the concrete and watch the city below. can became easily obsessed with somebody if he's fond of them, who knows if it's easy to get him to break from the habit; acts like a complete basketcase, is still jealous and conflicted when seeing other people getting affection or being affectionate.
personality. blunt to anybody's face 'cause he's not afraid of getting hit, has a bad attitude & like zero manners, pretty good at faking nice to the public when there's cameras on or a big crowd but there's a lot of attitude issues with him. he isn't a fan of small talk and has a pretty messed up sense of humor. isn't afraid of hurting others, emotionally or physically, in good moods most of the time but they're a little overbearing or seem dangerous - very susceptible to stupid fast mood swings, knows how to pick a fight well and isn't afraid to try and push around someone who is physically larger than he is, he's got too much confidence to ever consider losing. was more or less born troubled but had a bad start in life which didn't help. newly rich because of dead parent's inheritance money, can barely socialize right - possessive as hell over people he's fond of, very bad with dealing with grief and loss. is terrified of thunderstorms, chews on his nails when nervous. not a morning person or an afternoon person, would be a nocturnal creature if he had a choice.
history. when his parents died a year ago, they left the company in his name, he vaguely remembers some government people telling him this after their deaths but as if he'd ever go act like a CEO. that's for boring people, so he'll stick with hiring others to run that company for him, he'll relax w/ the riches of it all, though. lived in america briefly as a child for a few years so he picked up learning english then, but he never bothered to keep his skills strong in that language, so talking to him is a hit or miss with if he'll understand you, 'cause he for sure is not fluent. he's in america indefinitely living with his aunt and uncle after they insisted on wanting to see him after everything that has happened to the family - rio's got nothing better to do than live in california for senior year of high school, so he wasn't that heartbroken showing up, though a town like this was not exactly what he had in mind.

since it’s the first day, how about we have a introductory dance. and since we have majority females how about a it’s a Sadie Hawkins dance. which means girls ask guys? and then there’s homecoming, fall formal, winter dance, prom, and senior dance?
