Was Lucian supposed to be a member, or does he just know about them? I mean, he knows about them but should he become a member?

I know he knows about them, but remind me his rank and how long he’s been in service? Because I’m not sure if he’s qualified for S.W.O.R.D. since it’s an elite force, meaning they really do choose people with special skill sets, or who have remarkable feats to their names

I can't actually remember what age I said be joined...but not very long because he's only twenty three or twenty four. He's master chief petty officer currently.

Then he’s not qualified. Being below commissioned officer means minimal to no feats to their name, and minimal to no advanced combat experience. Like, if it’s a matter of wanting a character in S.W.O.R.D., Anya is more than qualified, but with his level of experience on the field, and the types of assignments S.W.O.R.D. takes on, I doubt Lucian would come away without permanent, debilitating injuries if at all, and as a non-commissioned, he’s not qualified
