Maybe that is why we have dinoxdino hybrids instead of humanxdino hybrids in Jurassic World and Fallen Kingdom? Dunno. Not complaining, just observation.

yeah there is already enough moral complications with dinoxdino and then it only gets worse with humanxdino.

Both the morality of the situation as well as how the actual hybrids think about the situation, its been interesting toying around with it from different perspectives. Especially relationships between regular humans and the dino hybrids. A big question that I know Veridian has now that she is human is what would her life have looked like if she hadn't become a human? Especially after she gets closer to Mills. It only complicates things.
If of course that made any sense at all, I've been a bit rambly lately.

It is fun. Especially since the hybrids could be looked at as not really being dinosaurs, because technically (according to InGen) they aren't. To InGen the dinosaurs no longer exsist, they weren't magically turned to human with magic wands or something. Wu paired each dinosaur that would become a hybrid with a human volunteer/various other ways they became involved in the program he thought would match up well with each. Like the Indoraptor and IBRS Program, Wu was working on making living weapons for various applications. The fact that the hybrids retained the memories and personalities from the dino whose DNA they were paired with is a mystery and unexpected side effect of the experiments.

Even if they somehow have the memories of their respective assets, which is at best a very questionable outcome, they are not that asset." Doctor Wu placed a hand on Sky's shoulder before adding in a firm affirmative tone, "Nothing on this island is natural. The animals we've created have been dead for millions of years. Those specimens you ran around playing house with at John's curiosity for three years were nothing but clones created by a marriage of money and science...works of art yes but that is all."
