She’s not too OP! She reminds me of Grillby, honestly. I wonder if Grillby actually goes through the same struggles when it comes to being around alchohol all day long.

Cool! And I've actually caught myself comparing her to Grillby a few times. They are kinda similar. On a separate note, That's nothing I've ever thought of! Alcohol is flammable so it would be a bit of a challenge to have that job and be made of FIRE.
