I'd also assume they'd be the ones to tell Coby and Luc that Linkk has been 'kidnapped'? Not really a kidnapping if he's going willingly, but we can still call it one.

Hopefully it's okay that the NPC just saw them approaching the ship, but in Luc's part is already back at the HQ entrance outside. I don't really know how long it takes to get from where they were back to the outside area of HQ.

Forgot to ask: is Orekani Coby's last name? Because it's an interesting last name. That brings up a question. Would Luc have take his last name, or do you think they'd hyphenate their names together? Or whatever it's called.

No, each Admiral has an animal and colour theme. The original Admirals, Kizaru, Akainu, and Aokiji, follow the theme of the myth of Momotarō. I decided to complete it, so basically Coby's public name now is Orekani ("Ore" meaning orange and "Kani" being crab) Coby does not have a known last name
