I'm trying to figure out exactly how over the top I should be with Crocodile's apparel, cause I'm leaning towards a crocodile skull headdress where the top jaw rests on top of her head and the lower jaw is split in half to frame her face(muzzle?) or something.

For added extravagance she would probably string vertebra, some with ribs attached to frame/protect her neck, to the skull so they line up with her own spine and rattle as she walks.
