BASICS
Name: Terra
Age: Four Years
Gender: Mare
Most Influential Breed(s): Appaloosa// Spanish Jennet// Spanish Mustang
APPEARANCE
Coat Color: Chestnut Lepoard
Mane and Tail Color: White
Patterns/Markings: Snip
Eye Color: Rich Mahogany
Height: 15.1hh
Weight-Class: Middle-weight

TRAITS/PERSONALITY
Likes: Autumn, vibrant colors, cool weather, quiet, early morning and dusk, star gazing, and the little things in life
Dislikes: Confrontational Equines, overly warm weather, humidity, loud sudden noises
Fears: Abandonment
Personality: A sweet quiet mare, with not much to say. She enjoys company but overly talkative equines tend to annoy her after a while. She's timid and not one to pick a fight, definitely on the flight end of the spectrum when it comes to danger or merely uncomfortable situations. You won't see her making the first move either, preferring to stand off and observe while waiting for someone else to strike up a conversation. However, she's wise beyond her years and a reflective young mare.

HISTORY
Her upbringing was not ideal, nor was it devastating or tragic. A typical start to life with an uncommitted sire and an adoring dam. However about three months into her life, her dam being a maternal mare took in an orphaned foal from another band. This foal, her now adoptive sister, was needy and loud, actively voiced her complaints about the littlest things. Her dam soon spoiled this filly and spent less time with her blood filly. Terra withdrew further, and her dam was worn thin just trying to please her adoptive daughter. When she was two and half the young horse wandered after a butterfly one summer afternoon and by the time she made it back the herd had left, completing forgetting about the timid spotted filly. Since then she's been dodging trouble and keeping to herself.

    @Tulips4Me,
    no, that shouldn't be considered over-powered. although, the whole stats thing (4/5, 2/5, etc) isn't necessary. you don't need to include it unless you want to. the name elvis has been reserved for you :)

    @Shatteredshard,
    terra is accepted! I'll add her to the front asap. btw I don't mid you jumping in at all. the more people and characters, the better, in my opinion.

I plan to have another post up today, in which Bird leaves the band. Turns out that 'Birdie' didn't last long ><

If anyone would like to tag Esmeralda: She's shorter, but heavy weight. Horrible personality, so comes with drama. Has a foal in tow. If not, I will just try to detail the tension between the mother and daughter.

A couple facts to clear anything up:
1. Bird does not like being called Birdie. He feels that it is foalish, and the only horses that call him that are his parents. So, they will always refer to him as Birdie. He refers to himself as Bird, and will introduce himself as Bird.
2. Esmeralda's name IS spelled with that first a. My spell check changes it occasionally 0.0
3. Dolly also has come to hate her name. She liked it as a foal because of her little aunties, but will eventually come to truly despise it. Thus, I would like to reserve the name Dalphine if possible. Angsty baby plans to change her own name.
4. Esmeralda really, truly does not care about her foal. Dolly is nothing more than a symbol of her own fertility. She doesn't see herself as being mean to the foal, and treats it as she would some other grown horse. Ignored, yes, but Esmeralda won't purposely hurt her.

Dolly is adorable, the poor thing. If you'd like, she can buddy up with Terra. She was largely ignored by her dam as well so I think they would get along nicely.

That would be interesting! She can't leave yet (she's nine months), but it is likely that she will leave soon. No later than a year, because Esmeralda really is a butt

    sorry for being so inactive lately! I haven't really had much time to write up a post lately, due to the fact that my grandma is here and my parents say I'm not allowed on much because they want me to spend time with her. I've also been trying to finish off season 3 of The 100, so that takes out quite a bit of my electronic time. is there anything interesting I have missed?

    also, could everyone please check the characters list and make sure their characters are there? I have a tendency to accidentally miss characters.

    edit;; just letting you all know that I won't be able to get a post up until some time next week (I think), because my parents don't let me on my laptop when they are home, so I have to wait for my mum to go back to work before I can start posting at a normal rate again.
