For mine, Tashigi will have gone one rank up, Coby is an Admiral now because it’s COBY and he climbs ranks at a ridiculous pace. Devin's dead, so she’s not moving up XD

Im assuming Luc can control the Devilfruit, since you said he could have used it on pirates. I wanted to have the ears and tail randomly come out so Meppo and/or Coby could pet them, because that would honestly be cute, but anyway.
Oh! Would Coby have his Devilfruit too? And would Linkk have gotten his in the past two years, do you think?

The ears and tail could of course come out if he had trained to learn partial control. Most users have access to human, and full animal, it takes a lot of time, training, and mental control to maintain a hybrid form, but it wouldn’t happen randomly, he’d have to will it to

Yes, Coby has his Devilfruit. Everyone who was planning on getting a Devilfruit now has one.

Alvida I’m passively keeping in, not sure what exactly to do with her since she just goes with the flow. She doesn’t have destination, or a goal, or anything, and is just kinda there to boss Buggy's crew around when he refuses to do it himself

I'm sure there's many Devilfruits. And most of the people with them are canon characters I believe. Only two of mine have one.

XD kay. So, after two years, would he be able to do full animal? And hybrid, or would hybrid take longer? I'm assuming when he first ate it it would have given him ears and a tail, or turned him into a fox, but maybe not. I actually put ears and tail as part of what it does because I didn't know. Maybe I should go change that for now...
