Hello, my lovelies!

I am hoping to find active 1x1 roleplays preferably long-term ones so I am more than willing to roleplay at your pace be that taking a long time for one couple or going through generations. I am primarily looking for roleplays with a general romance theme but also love other elements such as danger and drama, of course, I am more than willing to help with any plot and ask that you not hold back on any idea no matter how small!

Now onto more details of what I can offer you I have been roleplaying for years and can post from a few lines to a paragraph or two depending on my inspiration and your response. I am very active and can post multiple times daily if you wish and will do my best to let you know if I need to go away for a bit as life does happen. As I said I love romance and would need it somewhere in the plot I prefer MxF but can try MxM or FxF and adding on from this I am comfortable playing male or female characters and enjoy doubling up if that's what you prefer. I feel like this is just one last thing to add but I do not roleplay anything but OC I always feel like I am letting the character down so I can make similar characters but not the exact same.

Moving forward what I ask of you is pretty simple I want someone who lets me know when they do not wish to roleplay anymore everyone I have found so far has just stopped responding. I will not be upset as I understand sometimes you think you will enjoy something then you just don't or you get very busy and need to cut back I get that. I don't mind however much you type but try to keep it above a few words unless you want a few words in response.

I'm a semi lit - literate roleplayer with some years of experience. I tend to mirror length, but I won't expect you to! (Within reason at least ;; as long as it's not a one line response to a very long, thought-out reply it's probably fine!)

You have been working with Beacon News as a reporter for about two years now, and you're pretty proud of yourself. Here you are with your dream job, making your own living, and finally moving up in life. While you're usually given writing assignments and columns, you're true ambition is to get out in the field and do investigative journalism. You've voiced this to your bosses many times.

Beacon News is an online news and media source that hosts a wide array of stories from all over the globe. They run charities, promote people in need, and are generally pretty accurate with their reports. They have a website with a wide plethora of stories, reports, and written and video documentaries. Beacon is best known for their ballsy journalism into topics that others wouldn't touch with a ten foot stick: reporting on vicious street gangs, drug rings, human trafficking, smuggling trails, and all sorts of things that have lead to reporters getting arrested, injured, and perhaps even killed. We never did find out what happened to Kevin.

But regardless of the risk, you were eager to hop into the company in hopes that one day, you would be out there living the adventurous life of investigative journalism. That's why, when you were offered an opportunity to get out of the office and hunt down a story, you jumped for it.

It's late September, and Beacon is looking for a spooky story to highlight of their front page for a bit of a 'Halloween special'. A front page story! They specified wanting a video mini-documentary filmed for this particular scoop, and so far, everyone else has turned it down. You, on the other hand, are eager to show that you can be of value in the field. You took the assignment without hardly even looking at the description. Later, when you got home, you sat down to read to collection of information.

"Man with no mouth sighted across North America."

"Exorcist not associated with Catholic church sought for potential murder charges."

"This man killed my son. He's a monster."

"Demon worshiping cult suspected for recent missing woman."

"Catholic church denounces involvement of recent exorcisms being performed across the nation. Man behind them is described as deformed."

All you have to work with is about five pages of sighting, brief interviews, and loose ends. A blurry picture of a willowy man, taken by what looks like a security camera, is provided. The man, walking down a dark street, has his lower face obscured by a scarf. He has dark hair, and he seemed to have paused to look directly at the camera when the picture was taken. The image creeps you out a little, to be honest. The brief sightings and witness interviews claim that he's a 'freelance exorcist', not associated with the Catholic church. He may also be a murderer, as a couple of his victims died during the process of the exorcisms. This is the man that Beacon wants you to find and shoot a mini-documentary on. Good luck, friend.

1: So obviously, I'm looking for someone to fill the journalist role. They can be either male or female, and preferably between the ages of 21-35.

2: This is NOT going to be a romance RP. Let's just put that on the table now. I do no see any potential romance between the journalist and the second main character.

3: Only literate writers need apply. This RP will be a 'mystery' style, with a fair amount of hints and clues that you'll have to pick up on. If you aren't comfortable with a bit of independent writing, then you may not do well.

4: I do not intend for the journalist to have any powers or whatnot.

I've been rping for a while now, and while my
activity can be a bit shaky at times, if I have
an active 1x1 partner, I will be consistent in
responses. c; That translates to at least one
response a day if that's your schedule, so long
as nothing comes up in my life to mess that up.
I'm in the EST time zone and I'm a female.
Because of that, I prefer to play females. xD
However, I can play either gender, and I'm fine
to double up if you would like to have each of us
play both genders. My responses can vary in length,
as does the POV I write in - honestly I will just mirror
whatever you do, though the length may be longer if
I'm feeling particularly inspired. So whatever you set
as the bar to meet, I will mimic. Besides that, I like
drama and romance as well as long-term plots, but I
can't handle romance being the main plot, so there
needs to be something else with it to help me stay
inspired. I honestly am up for basically any idea; the
only thing I will not do is fxf or mxm. I do not mean
this offensively, I just am not comfortable rping it.
However, I do not hate you or LGBTQ+ people. Again,
I just am not comfortable rping it. So mxf romances
only, please. c: I also enjoy talking OOC with my
partner so I can get to know them, even if it's just a
