Is there any child that can do vector manipulation like rebound or use wind to speed themselves up just wondering

Using wind to increase travel speed would be a form of aerokinesis! Vivienne can actually do that lol
I would think a few children of air/storm-related gods (i.e. Zeus, Poseidon, Aeolus, the Anemoi, Khione, Kymopoleia, etc.) would be able to use the ability, but it's a difficult one to master (Vivienne only learned it under the tutelage of Khione herself sgdsdsj)

As for vector manipulation, certain forms like telekinesis aren't out of the question - Riordan Wiki mentions that some children of Hecate can do it via magic. He also mentions that some children of Demeter can use it, but only to move/control plants
