His devilfruit is kinda morbid...though I'm sure he's never killed anyone with it. Or has he?

Also, not gonna lie, when I read Alvida's form I thought I had the wrong person, then I read the Devilfruit thing and was like "Ah, so it is her."

Nah, Shawn's more prone to using it kinda comically. He plays around with his own injuries, or blood that’s fallen and is already out of the person. He doesn’t use it to tear people apart or anything. Occasionally he does something disturbing in a REAL fight, but that’s more along the lines of "hey let’s remove blood flow from the enemy's leg so he can’t move it!" Than anything.

Also, are Averill and Sulia going to go into the battle, or do you think they'll stay near the ships? Because I was trying to figure out how Quin could die. I'm still undecided yet, but coming up with ideas. I think the one with the kids is out. I really don't think they're going to leave the ship. I was thinking Quin could like hear Sulia growling, leave the ship, get attacked, then Sulia would turn on Averill after that and he'd have to put her down.

This only works if they don't go into the battle, and if the battle actually goes into the night and no one leaves before the moon rises.

I can’t speak for Sulia, but I know Averill for one is headed into the battle itself once Tendou shows up.

Sad to see Quin go, but it was expected characters would be lost one way or another through the battle. She could absolutely come off the ship, maybe to check out what’s going on, or try to reach someone who's wounded.

I was actually going to suggest Kass getting hurt, but don't know if you want to do that. So maybe we should stick with her leaving to check things out.

The reason I'm still undecided, well one reason is because she's the doctor. So I'm going to ask: are you actually alright with this?

Kass can get hurt, I don’t mind. I was definitely planning on injury for her at least anyway.

XD kay, well then let's do that. That means someone would have to come back and tell Quin though, right? I mean, she can't hear thoughts (heh heh, not meant to be a joke, but since Akirra will hear voices...it might seem like a joke) or anything. So who do we want to volunteer to come running back and tell her?

Also, since you said she could come off the boat, and I was talking about Sulia, I can have Sulia kill her, right? I was thinking of Tendou accidentally stepping on her, but Sulia will be around too. If we go with Sulia, it has to be done closer to nighttime then.

Let me tell you, Kiia isn't going to be happy...poor girl
