Rosepaw was born into the Clan with her sister, Twigkit. When they became apprentices and their parents died, Twigpaw would go and eat food given to her by twolegs. Eventually, Twigpaw abandoned her Clan to live with these twolegs and they renamed her Princess. Rosepaw wants nothing more to do with her and can snap at you if you mention her.

Skypond was born alongside her two brothers, Birdkit and Jackalkit and her sister, Lillykit. Their father took Jackalkit and Lillykit with him, and so Skypond's parents decided to rename them Jackal and Lilly and Birdkit and Skypond came to the Clan with their mother. Birdkit grew up to be a popular warrior among the small kits and a lot of cats thought he would be deputy. Then Skypond was framed. A rogue came into the territory (the rogue was Jackal but because they were separated at birth both Birdwing and Skypond didn't know he was their brother) and killed Birdwing while he was on a walk with Skypond. Skypond managed to injure Jackal enough that he limped away, but then the border patrol stumbled across the situation. They found Birdwing dead and Skypond's claws unsheathed and tattered with fur and blood. They immediately chased her from the territory, and Skypond decided to take off her suffix and just be Sky. Then the same patrol found Jackal's limp body a couple fox lengths away, so he must of died from the wounds he received. They found Birdwing's fur on the tom's claws and they immediately realised what had happened. They didn't manage to find Sky for a few days, but when they did, they begged for her to come home as they realised their mistake. She came back to the Clan and has been living happily as a warrior for a few moons now. Some cats are still wary of her, but she managed to gain the trust of Puddlestar again, and so the rest of the Clan.

Nightwing was born on the farm beside his brother, Dennis. Their father died before they were born but their mother was very protective over them. When they were young, their mother died after running into the way of a horse. Dennis and Nightwing became very close after that. They soon had an argument over a small thing and so one night Nightwing went out into the woods beside his farm (WillowClan) and travelled through the trees towards the mountains. When he got there, he bumped into a patrol of StoneClan warriors and they asked if he would like to join as they were short of apprentices at the time. Nightwing accepted and joined, but now he has been a warrior for a while, he misses his brother and is unsure as to where his loyalties lie.

No matter how hard he tries he does not remember any aspect of his father, and can't remember when his mother died or when his sister decided to become a kittypet. Some cats, especially other apprentices, think he is just putting on an act to hide the fact his sister or father did a bad thing and were exiled, but Tigerpaw seriously does not know anything about his father or sister (apart from his sister's name and current occupation)
