Name: Fredrick Kingsley
Nickname / titles: Fredrick, Fred, Vlad (he’s been trying to get this to catch on but no one takes him seriously), Never Freddy
Gender / orientation: male, he/his
Age: looks 25 but is actually also 25 (he only recently got turned)

Physical Description: pale skin and dark purple hair, he has made his look very stereotypical “vampire”
Eye colour: magenta-red depending on how long it has been since he has had blood
Hair colour: dark purple; it is dyed
Notable traits: he has two fangs on each set of teeth; a tooth puncture wound on his neck
Typical clothing: casual, but prefers things that look straight out of a hot topic. Sometimes you can catch him in flannel, regular t-shirts, and shorts, but he likes the presentation of the other stuff.

Species: vampire (turned)
Abilities/skills: levitation, can turn into a bat, night vision, immortality; he thinks he can also hypnotize people but this is untrue; his weaknesses are silver, stakes, and garlic; he is very susceptible to sunburns and claims that the sun drains his energy but really is just makes him drowsy (not vampire-related). Since he is newly turned, he has trouble controlling his bloodlust.
Species affiliations: surprisingly none; he is very self-reliant

Brief history: Fredrick was a pretty normal guy for the most part, up until his dad enlisted his help in cleaning up his family’s attic. This led to him getting bitten by a vampire in disguise because bats had been living up there and apparently they had invited the vampire in.
Brief personality traits: Fredrick is a bit of an entertainer and loves to have fun with whatever he is doing. He likes people, and generally people tend to like him back even if he can be a little obnoxious sometimes. At the same time, Fredrick can be surprisingly cunning. He has mostly lived his life working everything out on his own despite having friends and family nearby and doesn’t usually ask for help. Perhaps this is why he can be pretty selfish sometimes, but it’s something he’s been trying to work on. Fredrick also has a big problem with boredom, especially now that he has come to terms with his immortal lifespan. He tends to overthink things, so the idea of staying alive for centuries has freaked him out enough that he’s constantly trying to make himself busy with other things (so he doesn’t have to think about it).

Optional character trivia:
- he likes capes!
- he Can eat normal human food with the exception of garlic, however it is only for the taste as it does not provide any nutritional value
- he didn’t believe that he was a vampire until he tried to get a silver lip piercing and he (literally) started smoking

Hopefully that's okay, since they're a shopkeeper, but maybe they heard of the haunted house. They aren't part of the group but heard about the house and go out there, and find Jude maybe? That makes sense to me
