➳ 𝒫𝑒𝓇𝓈𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓁𝒾𝓉𝓎: Having no siblings, and only his mother to interact with for the first ten moons of his life, Jinx doesn't have the best social skills. He stumbles over his paws almost as much as his words. His size can make him intimidating, but spending any amount of time with him, it's clear he doesn't know what to do with himself when he's around others. He very quite, often needing some work to get him to open up. Jinx is very patient, and observant tom. He works hard, and doesn't want to burden anyone. Given time, perhaps this tom can blossom into something other than a cat that brings about bad luck.

➳ 𝐻𝒾𝓈𝓉𝑜𝓇𝓎: For as long as Jinx can remember, no matter where he'd go, trouble never seemed to be far behind. He was the only kit to survive his litter, but his mother never grew over protective of him. She was always stressed, and was very stern, only rarely showing a softer side. Jinx never knew his father, only given a few short, harsh words about him. Jinx was a very clumsy kit, always stumbling over his large paws. His mother would try to teach him how to hunt, but Jinx was slow to learn, often leading to unsuccessful hunts. Growing tired with her son, Jinx was left alone most of the time while she went out to find food. Unwillingly to take him, his mother began to make him hunt alone for his own food. Only sharing her the scraps of her last kill if she hunted down fresh meat. The young tom went many nights hungry as he struggled how to teach himself how to hunt. As one might expect, Jinx didn’t feel inclined to stick around his mother as he grew in size. He just up and left one day without a word. He’s kept to himself for the most part, still feeling clumsy and awkward around others with his large size. Any attempt at trying usually didn't end well. He felt in the way, unable to be a proper help in hunting. His clumsiness has lead to more than a few accidents, so he thought it better to just keep away.

she has enjoyed the solitary life she has lead thus far, even if she had
been thrusted into it unwillingly at first. when both her parents died
when she was young; her father from a rocky fall and her mother from
the effects of a poisonous plant, she had been left with only her sister
who also perished in the depths of the sea. armada isn't always the kin
dest cat, especially if she is unfamiliar with someone and will usually
always have reservations about someone until they do something to
assure her there is no need for them. those that she is familiar with
she's quite neighbourly and although she likes to keep to herself will
help if she's asked. armada has become notorious for being a little coo
ky, being an avid collector of all things strange and sort of creepy like
the pile of bones she has in her den and the insect carcasses she colle
cts because she thinks they're pretty. she even has a small collection
of things that have washed ashore from the twoleg boats that visit the
island from time to time. often seen muttering to herself or speaking
to the trees or flora and fauna of the island, she firmly believes in sta
ying on the good side of nature and treats everything from the tallest
tree to the shortest sapling as if they are sacred.

basilisk is an intriguing character if one can get past his uncanny ab
ility to excel at pushing all the right buttons. the large tabby isn't al
ways able to understand the situations of others and often applies h
is personal standards to everyone else because - "if i can do it, so ca
n you" - which makes him come off as uncaring and even quite callo
us. one of basilisk's best skills, believe it or not, is his extreme abilit
y to deflect his flaws onto others and dodge all criticism. moreover,
the flip side to this particular skill is that he'll also project his flaws
onto those around him and could be criticizing someone for doing
something he'd literally just done himself. the tomcat welcomes cha
nge, especially after living the same way for so long, and loves to sw
itch things up a bit for more variety in his everyday life. he takes mo
st things quite seriously and just likes to get what needs to get done,
or say what needs to be said without hesitation or messing around.
basilisk is very stingy about his turf and won't hold a warm welcome
for those to trod on his territory uninvited. he'll also eat just about a
nything from leaves, flowers and tree bark to bugs and prey. overall
just a very adventurous eater.

alright guys, we’ll be able to start this once everyone has forms up for their cats. I’m hoping for either monday or tuesday that way we also have a little time to answer some questions, if any, and focus on how we all would like to progress things as we go. all ideas are welcome.
