Appearance: 5'7 in height, 150 pounds in weight. Her hair looks black, but it's actually brown once you put it in the sunlight.. Her eyes are brown, her skin is brown. Normally wears hoodies and simple shirts, sometimes with graphic. Bianca will dress up for appropriate for weather.
Personality:Bianca is normally a silent and rather shy girl when you first meet her, but once she gets to know someone, she opens up fast and becomes more lively . She tries her best to be nice others, although some people make it hard to do so. Although she's nice, she inst afraid to tell others how she feel if pressured or annoyed. Bianca looks to give and help people when she can. Lastly, Bianca can easily get frustrated and angry, but no worries, you have to something to totally annoy her. Normally Bianca is level headed and opened, always willing to give others her friendly option if needed. She isn't the sharpest tool in shed, but it doesn't stop her for achieving her goal. Even if comes off as a little harsh sometimes, Bianca doesn't mean to. Sometimes her mind is clouded with certain stuff on her mind. Overall, Bianca is will make a good friend to anyone who wants to befriend her. Funny and very supportive. She does seem to get abit discouraged at times, but Bianca will pick her self back up in due time
History: Bianca was born in raise in the small region of Orre, in Agate Village with her mother, older brother and sister. Ever since she was little, Bianca has always wanted to be a trainer when she was older, inspired my those on t.v. Her first step was to train with her partner, Ray(now a Raichu) and challenge the Colosseum, mt. battle and entered battle tournaments. Of course she didn't win them all, but the experience helped her and Ray grow. When she ready, she set off on an adventure and traveled to other regions. Than the shadow pokemon incident happened, Bianca made her way back to check on her family. After Wes saved the region, Bianca continued, but wanted to help the region's professor, Krane and a few others expand the region more. She decided to help him collect data on other mons during her travels

Dakota, despite defining itself as agender, has a rather feminine body, and it doesn't want to change it at all. It's proud of itself and takes lack of dysphoria for granted. It has a dark chocolate complexion and black hair, with sharp brown eyes and slightly cat-eyed glasses. It doesn't usually wear whatever uniform Nocturnia has, but instead enjoys it's comfy sweaters and leggings. It's a fat icon too ✨

Dakota is an absolute sweetheart, and definitely didn't mean to get roped up in all of this Nocturnia mess. It means well for most people and, making light of the situation, definitely wants the best for it's teammates. It keeps trying to befriend them, but since it's a bit of an outsider, especially among Nocturnia, it doesn't get along well with the others. It often ends up engaging in friendly conversation with trainers it's supposed to be bothering.

I'll definitely throw some questions for the Q&A out there! I've been in plenty of Pokemon rps that fail due to the battling system not being well-planned so thanks for giving us the opportunity to ask questions now

So first off, I'll pose the perennial question: How will battles be determined?
Leaving it up to player choice is always a viable option, but this can cause battles to run on for longer than necessary because both rpers are too stubborn to let themselves lose, and this can cause god-modding to run rampantly. An alternative could be imposing some randomness like flipping a coin, but that may not be fair since some of the trainers have stronger teams or are simply more experienced than others.

And another one for all the gym leaders out there: How will gym battles work?
This kind of goes hand in hand with the above question, but if the trainers are all traveling together and say, visit Gym 1 first, I imagine it would not be fun for the gym leader to have to fight each trainer in a row, especially if each one is a loss. This system would imply that the gym leaders only really get rped during the instance where the group is in their city, then basically never appear again. It also may not be fun for the trainers who are not fighting; I can just imagine them sitting around waiting their turn, like elementary school baseball where you... sit and wait for your turn to bat lol.
Maybe a gym leader or two could pull an Erika from the anime? Like where she gave out her badge because Ash helped her fend off Team Rocket.
Another suggestion I had to give the gym leaders (and their full teams!) a little more spotlight is that maybe the gym leaders could also at some point help the trainers against Team Nocturnia, like in the ending of Black and White?

Anyway, I hope all that made sense. ^^
