alright! the cats are all updated, and I think we can start! I'll finish dovestar and spiderfangs forms tonight. also, the medicine cat apprentice spot is open as well!

I made dovestar about 5 years old, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in having their cat be one of her kits (or multiple haha). of course they'd be warriors now, but if not its cool!

also, @ huskee, would you be interested in the idea of batpaws mentor being spiderfang, but his warrior ceremony was put off for awhile because his mentor got blinded and what not? so he had to be apprenticed to another warrior? does that make sense? ;n;

Shiverpaw was rightfully named, and not because of his frosty pelt and eyes. This tom is almost always nervous or anxious about something. Quiet and reserved, he’s far too busy thinking of worst-case-scenarios to bother trying to socialize, living in constant fear that anything she does will set off a chain of events that ultimately leads to a disaster. He’s known to be plagued by nightmares and, as a result of his lack of sleep, tends to always look dreamy and out of it. This jumpy apprentice is easily frightened and has absolutely no confidence. Regardless, he’s still pretty curious about things — he just never acts upon his inquisitions because of his fears. He’s also eager to prove himself in some way, knowing that he’ll never be a good warrior if he can’t learn to stand up for himself or gain some courage. In spite of all of this, he’s a friendly and sweet cat, albeit a little shy. This tiny feline dreams of adventure and great shows of bravery but believes deep down that he’ll never amount to anything.

Shiverpaw was never a confident cat. He was born sickly, small, and trembling — which earned him his name. Born the first in a litter of two, followed by his brother, Pebblekit, Shiverpaw slowly gained strength and made a full recovery. He led a normal kit life with his brother and the two were always getting into mischief; however, one day they snuck out of camp and Pebblekit was snatched by an eagle. Shiverpaw blames himself for the event, for it was he who promoted her brother to leave the nursery, and ever since then is hyperaware of every little thing he does. He’s always looking to the future, trying to imagine all the possible scenarios to try to figure out what he should do to avoid a disaster.
