He struggles to think about anything positive and when he does try and set his minds to brighter things, Larkpelt ends up seeing the glass as half empty rather then Half full as cactusfoot urges him. This tom hates responsibility and has hated since he was a young kit, Larkpelt couldn't stand the idea of being full of things to do since Larkpelt is a forgetful tom and he can't believe that Scorchstar can remember what to do, since larkpelt sometimes forgets the age of his cousin Gorsepaw ( They are cousins through a series of complicated things that I can't be bothered to explain) But Larkpelt is a loyal friend and will fight, even if it is in a somewhat panicked fashion. But larkpelt is a very sweet tom around kits, always panicking and watching them if they take even the slightest tumble, watching them very carefully like a hawk. The brown and white warrior isn't a fighter but more of a warrior that hits but then skedaddles as fast as he can. But this cowardly tom despises being a coward and called one and seeks to become bold as a lionclan warrior! This goal was created to honour his mentor, Rushtail, who wasn't even supposed to be his mentor, Duskfang was but he didn't like the fierce she-cat. But preferred Rushtail who hated confrontation unlike Duskfang, who loved the frenzy of war. And so, Like rushtail, Larkpelt seeks only peace of mind and security.

He wandered the desert, sunburt and about to give up, until He eventually came across the desertclan camp, training with them until he haf become a fully fledged member of the clan, fitting in so perfectly you'd think he had lived there his whole life.





Handsome, courageous and fast, he loves to help out with the new kits and Apprentices of the clan. He desires to be deputy one day; although he would never let his jealousy over another cat getting appointed show.





He sometimes lets his jealousy get the better of him, along with his anger. He's known to snap at times and to lash out at cats who're only trying to help. He's selfish at times and and doesn't like getting close to too many other cats, due to his abandonment fear.





He's gay, although he keeps that on the down-low. He's anxious around his leader and is usually found neglecting his duties to play some game with the kits or to show new Apprentices hunting crouches.
