Imma assume overhaul found the scout group

/ n\ yeah he is. sorry if it seemed a bit confusing. I just had in my head I remembered Quake did contact Overhaul so he would've been close to home by now. Not coming back the way where the other heroes may or not be standing by lol. honestly not sure where they are o-o So I went safe and want him to target the scouting group. Some of the other heroes can intervene now that Overhaul is on the scene. ; v;

Quick Description;

quick; he looks more on the feminine side, tanned skin although it doesn't last for long. red eyes with vertical beaded pupils. cape cobra hair {snake hair} he has honestly lost count of how many there are. normal {sharp} teeth, although he does snek fangs as an 'extra set' of teeth. he tends to wear blackout polarized glasses- sometimes just to scare people. he wears swamp green cargo pants {although the pant legs are usually rolled up above his ankles}. red tops c: platform boots

*Quirk description:
hair is replaced by snakes (cape cobras); he can turn others to stone- through contact. he hasn't quite mastered the 'if you look at me I'll turn you into stone' part of his quirk. although he uses his glasses to throw off enemies- trying to trick them into thinking that he can turn others into stone by eye contact.

did someone say venomous? yes, only if he bites you:)

Quick Histoty;
despite being raised in a normal household, he found out pretty quick that his family was shunned..mostly due to their looks. even if his parents didn't tell him that right away, he still kept it to himself and dealt with the pressures on his own. although that soon changed with he met two of his best friends, and to say the least they got in all kinds of trouble. stealing, childish pranks and just normal child things. they were best buddies through the ups and down of life, up until they had to spilt when they went to different schools. one went to ua, the other went ketsubutsu while he chose shiketsu due to how close it was to home. unfortuantly he didn't stay very long as he faced expulsion for pranking one of his classmates- that didn't end up too well for the other party....oops

he went back to his parents and started to pick up carving, selling it to make extra money on the side- but at one point he did run away due to not being able to tell his parents that eh got expelled from shiketsu- and lot of other things as well. eventually he did find a place on his own, and ended up making a group of friends. they all became petty theives, running around and stealing money or less vaulable items in order to sell and make a living. he got better with his carving hobby and selling them to a variety of people granted those prices were through the roof- but hey! it worked. it sold.

although, since he have joined the LOV, he still keeps his bussiness of goons running (on the down-low)- bringing a small fair of money to the league, although its a small amount so he doesn't arouse suspicion from the others. he doesn't know when or how he joined the LOV , but hey, he's there. its a nice place.

Quick Personality:
he's has a bit of a tempermental issue, everything annoys him and he goes out of his way to annoy everyone. he usually does this to protect himself and his true feelings about someone. he gets all snarky and challenges someone who is mad at him to swing first- most of the time it doesn't work, but when it does- it doesn't end well for the other party. who knows how many end up dead because of him...you probably don't want to know the number.

when hes alone he sometimes dwells on the past and sulks, but it quickly turns into rage before he turns to carving. if you are not sure what he is feeling, the snakes are a good indicator as they seem to reflect his true mood. they are very expressive! he has named each individual snake on his head. mostly because its rude, who wouldn't? he has a soft spot for the danger noodles on his head and takes the time to care for them - and eventually mourns the loss of one when it is severed. (then he goes to rename the new ones that grow back like this: Norman II died? its not Norman III.). Get it?

And suggestion on his quirk name, why not just call it Medusa? Like Overhaul's villain name is named after his quirk? lol

Another thing, I don't mind the whole "turn into stone" thing, but he can NOT be a instant KO {Kill Off}. His quirk has to have a time limit on how long the said person is stone for. Granted people who fight him won't know this information, it's just so he doesn't seem over powered. lol >.> Like my villain boy I don't think I'll ever add to this Rp cause his quirk is "Possession" which gives him control over living beings whether they are human or animal. lol

Now pass all that moderator stuff, I can totally see him and Dabi forming a friendship! Even maybe Shiggy liking him too! Makes me wish FerretMonarch {another person who had to stop rp-ing here due to irl things} was still able to rp here cause their oc Miska would have completed the little group. ; o; {>.> plus i was kinda loving that Miska was actually wanting to interact with Shiggy lol}

Yeah! It’s more of a preference since gorgon refers to the mythical creature that medusa is- so medusa is more of a name of a character rather than the quirk if that makes sense?

And also I totally understand that! Mainly the reason why I didn’t go with ‘if he looks at you you’ll turn to stone’ it’ll be more of a physical contact and if I have to give it a limit maybe 30secs-60secs I wasn’t planning on an instant KO lol

I figured you wouldn't be aiming his quirk as a KO, but it was just a precaution is all XD Don't want someone to come in here in the future thinking they can make a OP quirk and not expect to get nerfed yah know lol

o-o oh boy you sure your ready? *slaps folder onto table* Welp here yah go!

Oleander{Nerium} is so toxic, humans don't even have to ingest it to experience symptoms of poisoning — just touching the plant and tree sap with bare hands or inhaling the smoke of burning oleander can induce toxic effects.

Now symptoms can vary but are not limited too:
Confusion, dizziness, drowsiness, weakness, visual disturbances and mydriasis are the central nervous system manifestations of toxicity. The most serious side effects of oleander poisoning are cardiac abnormalities, including various ventricular dysrhythmias, bradycardia and heart blocks...so sorta speak..Death.

Of course right now her quirk is in it's lethal stage cause she doesn't know how to control the intensity of how much she releases. As to why Overhaul created a diluted version from her quirk that can paralyze and weaken whoever is injected without killing them.
