Would anyone be interested in joining a role play that deals with witches, banshees, and sirens/kelpies*? The basic idea is that three brothers (A witch named Mischief, a banshee named Sorrow, and a siren/kelpie named Discord) caused the fall of three different kingdoms, and now (in a modern/futuristic world) witches, banshees, and sirens/kelpies ban together to bring back these kingdoms, only the problem is they need the help of the three brothers that destroyed the kingdoms in the first place. However getting the brothers to listen is one problem, the other problem are the treasure hunters/adventures who are trying to locate the fallen kingdoms as well.
The three brothers are my OCs, so I would be playing them (as well as some other characters) and guiding the role play along the way. So it would be a role play based more on adventure/action with romance being a side option? The role play would be semi-literate.

*PS - the sirens/kelpies are hybrid type species, being that a siren can take up the form of a kelpie and a form of a human. Each species as their own sets of powers, that vary from one another.

Libraries are full of stories, stories that contain fantasy worlds and real ones. Worlds containing magical and strange beings. Beings such as dragons, witches, fairies, vampires, and many other creatures. But none of them exist, right? Surely this is just a world of humans? Or at least that's how it seems for humans.

The inhuman know there is a secret place, a world even, where these creatures exist and live. A place hidden below the library itself. The shelves mask the entrances and the truth kept hidden from those who are human. So that the place remains a safe haven from those who might wish to harm or expose the place and it's inhabitants to the human world.

So welcome to this little hidden world, here you will be safe. That is if you can keep the secret.

hi! i'm vav., but you could always call me muse or gavvy, if you'd like! i have an idea for a roleplay and i want to see if anyone else would be interested..

The roleplay would be based in a more technologically advanced setting of the wizarding world, and it would introduce a big variety of characters (ex.non-binary characters,ace/aro,physical/mental disabilities)

But along with good, comes bad. Muggles, somehow, find out about the wizarding world,and now are attempting to find a reason for this peculiar trait. Some ask permission before asking for samples, others just take what they want without asking, leading to many kidnappings around the world just for research.

How will the wizards react to this? How will the school react to muggle-borns, who were being blamed for this mess? Would this somehow spark the first wizard/muggle war?

Welcome to Camp Halfblood, demi-god. A demi-god is the spawn of a mortal, and a god, such as the Greek Gods. The reason you're here, is because either your mother or father was one of these gods. Now, keep in mind Camp Halfblood is strictly the spawn of Greek gods and mortals, and no others. It's better this way, as the Greeks, Romans, Egyptians, Norse, etc. share different beliefs, and believe strongly in them - often times causing arguments.

Now, there are twelve major Greek gods. Zeus; the king of the gods, ruler of Olympus, and lord of the sky. Poseidon; Zeus' and Hades' brother, ruler of the ocean, and lord of the horses and any body of water (not including the ones in the Underworld). Hades; Zeus' and Poseidon's brother, ruler of the Underworld, and lord of the dead. Hera; Zeus' wife, and queen of the gods, the goddess of marriage, and childbirth - Hera has no children. Athena; the goddess of wisdom and battle strategy, also a major inspiration among architects. Aphrodite; the goddess of love and beauty. Apollo; the god of music, youth, archery and the sun. Artemis; the goddess of hunting and the moon - Artemis has no children. Ares; the god of war. Hephaestus; the god of the forge, metalwork, and craftsmanship. Dionysus; the god of wine and alcohol. Demeter; the goddess of the harvest, who presided over grains and the fertility of the earth. Hermes; the god of the road, traveling, and thievery.

You've seen this happen in movies, but you never believed it would happen. It was some silly television show like The Walking Dead or Zombie Land. You might've even thought that it would be cool to be in an apocalypse situation. Well, your dream had came true. A sudden outbreak at a local hospital caused mass destruction. Someone had fallen ill, died hours later, and came back as a living dead person. Crazy, right? So far, there's no sign for a cure. It's been two months since the outbreak, and no one has figured out how to stop it. Now, you live in a world where the dead walks. It's not the bite that does it. If you die, you are sure to come back as a zombie. Everyone is infected by this virus, and you come back if you die. If you're shot in the brain, then you're able to rest in peace. It's much better than coming back a zombie.

You're one of the last people in your family to survive. Seeing as it's nearly impossible to live on your own, you group up with people around your age. There's a leader, who is ready to accept anyone, if they prove that they are of use. There's no place for weaklings and cowards in the zombie apocalypse. The weak and innocent don't stand a chance in this world. You have to be strong and brutal, if you want to survive.

The group has taken over an abandoned church that is located in who knows where. It's located far from the city, which is a good thing. For the most part, they are able to survive thanks to the church's structure. In the back of the church, they were able to grow their own food and survive off of it. Though, who knows how long this will last. They will have to find a near settle, eventually. In this time, good things come and go.

On the vast island of Areontis there is only a single castle, a single ruling family that considers themselves a Queendom, not a Kingdom, since it is the Queen of the island that holds the highest power and not the King. The four surrounding Kingdoms disagree with the island and declare that only men should rule a country, which caused many wars over the past century and an everlasting tension that holds even to this day.

In the present day, the ruling Queen has fallen deathly sick, causing the Kingdoms to stir in excitement. With the Queen unable to rule, the Kingdoms start planning an attack on the island, but it's halted by an offer from the Princess, and acting Queen, of the island. Princess Everness knows her home is no match against the many Kingdoms' soldiers, so she uses the only thing she has left, her hand. The left one to be precise.

The Princess sends messengers to each of the four Kingdoms that dwell on the mainland and on surrounding islands, offering all of them a kind of peace agreement. Each message is the same: All of the Kingdoms are allowed to send one suitor above the age of 18 to try and win her hand in marriage. If a single Kingdom tries anything foolish, then everyone suffers the consequence, the offer will no longer be offered and no one will be allowed to try an court the Princess anymore. Such a consequence seems to be enough to keep all four Kingdoms in check since all of them want to pair their suitor with the Princess.

In post-apocalyptic Chicago, everyone belongs to one faction, which you choose when you turn 16. Each of the five factions is dedicated to one ideal, which basically decides everything about its members' lives.

When you turn 16, you have to choose to join either self-denying Abnegation, brave Dauntless, knowledgeable Erudite, truthful Candor, or friendly Amity. While you grew up in any family, you will choose to join either of the five factions. But joining Dauntless, or any of them, is a lot harder than it seems. You not only have to fight the other applicants—you've gotta fight your own fears. And when you finally gets into the faction you want, you'll learn that there's a Conspiracy to take over the city. Things are deeper then they seem.

The factions are falling apart. The land is ravaged by war. An uneasy peace between them is threatening to fall apart. Hundreds have already been killed. Many more have been captured by opposing factions. Even the Abnegation have taken part in this war. Factions have made new rules that have kept brothers and sisters in different factions separated from each other. Families have been torn apart, alliances broken and factions betrayed by the very people they trusted the most. Initiates from all factions are taught how to kill. Schools are closed down. Food becomes scarce. How will they survive?
