hey there!! i'm nora and like other people in this humble thread, i'm looking for 1x1 roleplays!! i tried to keep this simple and concise since if i wouldn't read it, i wouldn't expect you to.

currently a college freshman. time zone is est (-5).
I'm a literate roleplayer, and, of course, I'm searching for a 1x1 roleplay partner.

about moi →
- literacy. I consider myself literate, due to what I can write. however, I normally don't go beyond a couple of paragraphs, especially in group rps. I have done very long posts before, but only when I'm full of muse. cx In most cases I'll try to match my partner. Length is not as important to me as long as the writing is of good quality. :3 if you wish to see an example of my roleplaying, just ask.
- ooc chat. that's all fine with me. I will always reply to anything someone says in ooc. I'm not the chattiest person but I'll most certainly respond. I enjoy meeting new faces and discussing interests or the roleplay. ^^
- activity. under normal circumstances I'm on every day, on and off for a range of thirty minutes to a couple hours. usually on Saturday and Sunday I'm on more. if I will be on vacation or away from internet for some other reason I'll be sure to notify whomever I roleplay with.
- characters. I mostly roleplay animals. for this I can do either gender. however for human, I will only do female.
- *romance: I'm used to mxf, and that is what I prefer, but might be willing to try fxf -- I've never rped that before, so I'm not sure how to go about it, but I'm open to possible rps with it.

requirements →
- semi-literate and above. I'm not looking for long walls of text but I'd prefer you be able to do a paragraph or two, with good grammar and the like.
- decent activity. the worst thing is just to abandon without a word, due to either forgetfulness or laziness or something. please try to post, daily if you can. at least tell me a little of your schedule so we can accommodate. school is fine, I must endure that too. c; but for longer absences I'd like to be notified.
- ability to keep a plot moving. nothing serious, but I don't want to have to be shoving the roleplay along. ;P that'd be boring for us both.

- [5/5] warrior cats. just about anything; again non-canon.
- [3/5] the lion king. ocs please. we could have this be post-TLK or pre-TLK, either in the Pridelands or in some other location.
- [3/5] other animals (dogs, wolves, bears, foxes, etc). all realistic.
- [4/5] realistic human. I'd only do female for this, and I'd prefer to keep it to a young adult/teenage/child range. open to plots.
- [5/5] medieval/lotr human. no plot, I'm just sorta inspired to rp a fantasy human rp where the setting is medieval-ish or similar to Lord of the Rings, Eragon, etc. (But not specifically one of those fandoms, just something made-up and similar.)

- tv shows. I do love some shows, but I just don't feel inspired to really roleplay them.
- anime. don't watch it (though there are some I take casual interest in).
- video games. don't play many, nor do I feel like roleplaying them. <:

About Me

I'm ambereyes, and I don't have a fancy post thing. I know, I'm boring (and really lazy, too.) I'm currently looking for someone to re-do/continue this role play with me;

It's a Doctor Who RP, and I have a few expectations, which I'll get into, later. I would much rather share a bit about myself first, though.

- I am female.
- I love writing and role playing.
- I also enjoy fluff in role plays, so don't flip out if I slip a bit of platonic fluff into the role play.
- I enjoy getting to know my role play partner, so don't PM me about this unless you don't mind some chatting.
- Tread lightly when you talk about spoilers. I hate spoilers. Having that said, it would be greatly appreciated if you checked to see if I'm caught up with whatever fandom we're talking about.
- I am a huge nerd and part of many fandoms. I'm also looking for some good reads, so I would love suggestions.
- I am somewhat busy, so please be patient. I will reply as soon as possible.

The Plot and My Character

The plot is quite complex, and it would be no fun if I revealed ALL of it at once, so I'll give you a basic summary. I suggest you read the link I gave you before you PM me, so you can get an example of my role play style, what I expect, and what we're going to redo/continue.

This takes place after the events of Journey's End. The Doctor meets Mercy, an orphan girl who steals to survive, and, despite his promise to himself to never have another companion, he takes her in. They meet the Cybermen, which become a reoccurring enemy.

Mercy is a character who is deeply saddened by the loss of her best friend and partner in crime, Ezra. I would prefer to have my partner learn about her in the role play rather than just list everything here, but I assure you, I try my best to make her an interesting, well-rounded character.

Well, that's everything! I hope to continue Mercy's adventures with the Doctor with a fun, talented role player in the near future. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.
