Sorry again for my absence. I was on a trip and then, of course, after that I had to go and get sick -_- I think I'm on the upswing, so I'm working on my Eve response and then I'll get that Rex Splode form up.

I've been reading the comic books so I may incorporate some elements from those, but I'm taking Rex's voice/appearance from the animated series. I'm playing him as he is at the end of s2.

𝗔𝗣𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 Rex is of average size, standing at 5'11", or 1.80 meters. He's built up
a decent amount of muscle over years of training and heroics. He wears his straight
auburn hair in a bun. He has gray eyes and an olive complexion. His hero garb is a
head-to-toe red-and-yellow suit with goggles, although during his stay at Maplepond
he'll be in much more casual wear.

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬 On first meeting Rex, he may come across as callous and abrasive...
and he is, but there's a little more to him than that, especially after recent events.
Yes, quite recently, he's found himself capable of empathy, and even a little bit of
self-reflection, to the astonishment of many. It's not a complete 180; he still tends to
lack a filter of any kind, blurting whatever loudmouthed comment comes to mind, but
he's learning to be a bit less self-centered nonetheless.

𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗚𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 Rex Sloan was born to an impoverished family in abject squalor. His
family managed to claw their way out of it... by selling Rex to a secretive organization.
From there, he was subjected to experimentation, enhanced and given superpowers.
Specifically, the power to turn any object into an explosive. His skills were deployed
in various secret missions, although eventually, he escaped and tracked down his family.
He discovered his parents had another child and seemed to have moved on without him.
He wouldn't let any of this keep him down, finding a new family among superpowered
teammates, and using his abilities to protect the public, although the sight of his old
family through that frosted window seems impossible to disentangle from his core.

I really need to move Wū​yún at some point, lol. But it's like 1:30am and I really don't have the energy to do so at this exact moment. Honestly I'm not sure my response for Leon is even that good but I really wanted to just get him moving again. ^^;;
Wū​yún is very much open though if anyone wants to toss a character to her for me to respond to tomorrow.
