I don’t think so? I mean, there’s some random side characters, and nobility like Rebecca and Vivi, but I think that’s it, and they’re specifically stationed in different countries. There’s also Kaya, but she’s on the other side of Reverse Mountain

Name: Akainu/Sakazuki

Personality: Sakazuki has a generally negative/neutral relationship with the other Admirals and...pretty much everyone else. Yeah, he’s a grump. An avid follower of Absolute-Justice, there is no tolerance for criminals, or for Marines who abandon their posts, to the degree he killed one of his own men, and in the Paramount War, attempted to execute Coby for the latter momentarily stopping the fighting. He fought Admiral Aokiji for the role of Fleet Admiral, and after a ten day battle, won and exiled Aokiji.

Sakazuki is a hardened man with little mercy. He cares for his officers as upholders of justice, rather than individuals, and is all work, no play. It’s doubtful there’s a day in his life the man has just sat back and relaxed. He can be blunt and harsh, but he’s willing to hear people out MOST of the time. He does what he wants, HOW he wants. He has a long-standing, hostile rivalry with Monkey D. Garp.

Other: He is undyingly loyal to the World Government and Absolute-Justice. He’s very serious at all times. No matter what. His favourite foods are white rice and red pepper. He won’t usually go on actual assignments unless it’s something pretty big. He’s in charge of big promotions and organizing divisions and stuff, just taking care of arranging things. He doesn’t give second chances. He killed one of his own officers for running away from a battle, and at one point during the same war, he attempted to kill Coby for "obstruction of justice"
