Someone tell me if I missed something. The personality and history may be a bit choppy. I just finished the reading and watching enough clips I THINK I can pull something off.
Spoilers ahead:
Note: Adapting. I already play Luffy and Ace, and it feels weird not to have Sabo lurking around somewhere. Since this RP seems to take place on a whole different timeline, and Sabo and Ace were not around at the same time outside of flashbacks, but in RP, Ace is very much alive, Sabo just won’t have the Mera-Mera no Mi. I think that’s the only real big change. He’s got enough combat abilities as it is.
Name: Sabo
Age: 22
Gender: Male
Personality: Sabo's main trait would be his unwavering loyalty. When he dedicates himself to something, it WILL get done. When he dedicates himself to someone, it’s forever. Sabo can get emotional at times and doesn’t (often) try to conceal it, but he’s certainly not one of the most weepy and emotional people around. He doesn’t wear his heart on his sleeve, though he’s quite easily surprised or shocked, a bit slow on the uptake. He's reliable and a natural leader, and holds a surprising level of charisma.
Sabo has been described by Luffy as being a "much nicer" brother than Ace in his manners of taking care of and interacting with him. That said, while Sabo is generally a decent person, when it comes to hostility and combat, there are very few who can compete with Sabo. He’s prone to getting angered quickly and intensely. He has a love of attempting to frighten an opponent with threats or facts that may come off as threatening. Such as having the strength and ability to crush a human skull. This has yet to be confirmed or denied. As such, Sabo can be quite brutal and heartless when he needs to be, and will not back away from a fight.
Sabo does not view others as being beneath him generally as many nobles do, and he has a free spirit, an adventurer's spirit. He wants to dream, and follow those dreams, but even more than that, he wants to protect the people dear to him. He’s quite energetic and yet between himself, Ace, and Luffy, he’s certainly the more diplomatic and calm one, able to see things in a level-headed manner, and is nowhere near as impulsive as many people around him. He does have some annoying habits, such as his massive appetite, and having a tendency to get bored and hang up on the Transponder Snails mid-call. He generally thinks little of this and is oblivious to the fact it annoys those around him.
Though he is the second in command, Sabo doesn’t tend towards responsibility at all times, and will gladly abandon his post if he feels the need to be elsewhere for some reason. He has abandoned his old dreams in favour of the Revolutionaries, but that doesn’t mean he doesn't imagine, and can be quite creative.
History:
Born to a family of nobles, Sabo was...very not happy, as he did not share the same mentality as many of the World Nobles. His history with his family is quite vague, but it appears he grew up with a family that cared very little for him as a person, so much as a tool. When he was ten years old, he ran away from home and dreamed of setting sail so he could write a book about everything he saw and learned.
Eventually, Sabo met Ace, and the two made plans to set off and form a pirate crew of their own. Their plan was thwarted by the arrival of Luffy, whom the two decided to kill to keep him quiet, but didn’t know how to go about it. Some time later, they figured Luffy wasn’t going to betray them after he multiple times aided them in times of need, and the three became honorary brothers. Along with them, he met Nyx Sardothia, a neighbour and friend to his brothers, and spent some time together. His opinion of her was generally positive.
Not long later, however, Sabo gave in to the demands of his father in order to protect Luffy and Ace. Shortly thereafter, he was supposedly lost in an accident when he tried to set sail and was shot down, and assumed dead. Life went on. However, he was saved by Monkey D. Dragon, the leader of the Revolutionary Army, and woke from his coma with no memory. He devoted service to the faction that saved him, and overtime grew to become the second in command of the Revolutionary Army, and one of the most powerful, with a bounty of 602,000,000 on his head. When his memories began to come back, he made it part of his goal to reunite with Ace and Luffy, undoubtedly two of the most important people in his life.
