Killing many kittypets and loners, the name Lilypaw was known to all cats outside of the clans, and oh how a name could terrify them. When her crush lost a fight against a rogue she was lost. Only the help of her mentor could heal her troubled heart.

History:
Cootkit was always made fun of and discluded. He was smaller than the others, the runt of his litter. He couldn't stand up for himself because of it. As he went in to apprenticeship, all the other apprentices were jealous of him. Cootpaw had gotten Flameclaw, the strongest warrior in the clan. Flameclaw taught mostle battle moves, so at first Cootpaw felt out of place. But he became satisfied as a StarClan warrior named Tigerpelt trained him. He passed his assessment easily and became Cootnose.

personality: Silverkit seems generally uninterested
in things for his age. Tales of fighting, tales of the past, even being around his own sister.
He's an overly-serious little kit that tries a little bit too hard to be better than his
half-a-moon older sister, Snakekit. His father, and other warriors and queens often tell
him to loosen up a little bit and enjoy being young, but Silverkit doesn't want to be like
his sister. He's very competitive with Snakekit, and sometimes his little competitions become a
game (much to his dismay afterward). This kit also can't seem to stand losing to his sister and
lost interest in playing with her, or at least just for fun.While he has his heart set on being better
than his sister, he isn't even very sure of what he wants to do, not that there's much of a choice.


history: Silverkit was born on a cold day during leaf-bare in
the medicine cat's den. It seemed like everyone was worried it would be too cold for him to
come out into the world, but with his father and mother constantly near his side, he was able
to make it through. Though, during that time his mother got greencough and, still weak from
birthing Silverkit, ended up dying. He never got to truly know his mother, mainly because he
couldn't see or hear. His heart is still heavy with anger and sadness because of it. He
never asked about his mother, not out of disinterest, but out of fear. What if everyone got angry
at him for it? Not matter how curious he got, he kept his mouth shut.

personality: Snakekit is an energetic kit, unlike her stoic little brother.
She loves to tease Silverkit for being such a sore loser, which often earns her the silent
treatment from Silverkit. She can be a little bit arrogant at times and boasts about her many victories
against her brother to her father Hawkfeather. She's always looking for something to do, and
often won't be seen in the same place for very long. Though she may be really social around those
close to her age and rank, she's can be kind of timid around those who are higher up than her and older.
This is mostly because she'd like to show off how good of a warrior she'd make to them, and gets
really nervous. She's also quite the ambitious sort, in terms of how good of a warrior she's aiming to be.
Snakekit doesn't like to admit it, but the death of her mother tore her up inside.

history: Snakekit was born half of a moon before Silverkit, during the cooler days of
Leaf-fall. She was always really playful, even just a few days after she was born. But with
an energetic nature comes a loud kit...  She was always mewling, even just for no reason. As she
got older and her eyes opened, she spent a lot of her time looking out at all of the cats
the wandered the camp, she longed to go join them. She would have her mother Mistytail tell her stories
until she fell asleep, which normally didn't take very long.

That's when Leaf-bare hit. The entrance to the nursery was reinforced with thick leafs, and her mother
had to curl up tightly around her. It wasn't long before Mistytail ended up expecting another kit. Snakekit
was as excited as she was cold, but little did she know thather mother had gotten greencough before
Silverkit had even been born. Mistytail was moved to the medicine den, causing another she-cat
to have to look after Snakekit. It was a difficult thing to accept at first, especially at such a young age.
Silverkit had been born, she was happy for a few days, but her mother's sickness only got worse
until she died. Snakekit still feels horrible for Silverkit. He never got to meet their own mother.

personality: Hawkfeather is a quiet and patient cat with a strong heart. He's
a courageous warrior that isn't afraid to protect his clan with tooth and claw.
Though this is the case, he isn't the type to start a fight right away and he always
has a good reason to if he does. He's learned not to jump to conclusions so quickly
like he has in the past, and always accesses a cat before snapping at them, though he
might slip up once or twice depending on the situation. Most of this is mainly to make up
for how much of a reckless fool he's been through apprenticehood and earlier in
his moons as a warrior, though he actually has changed. He can get serious in the blink
of an eye though, and won't hesitate to stand up for what he believes in, but he
knows his place and will often hold his tongue against leaders. Hawkfeather doesn't like to
mention Mistytail, no matter how much the name pops into his head. It was devastating, to say the least.



history: Hawkfeather was born into Flameclan on the hot days of Greenleaf, and
always aspired to be a warrior. Becoming an apprentice for him was probably one of the
most exciting days of his young life, even if he was prone to screw up most then. He was often
either too slow for a piece of prey, or too loud, much to his and his mentor's dismay, which is
mainly why he wanted to focus more on fighting. While this was the case, it seemed that there
was another apprentice looking to help Hawkpaw through his tough times with hunting. Her name was
Mistypaw, a she-cat who had become an apprentice along with him. They ended up training
together most o the time, seeing how it really did improve his hunting skills. As the moons passed,
he only became better and better until he became a warrior. While he was nervous about his
apprentice test, he had faith in himself, considering that Mistypaw had faith in him too.
Before he knew it, he had been dubbed Hawkfeather, and Mistypaw had become Mistytail.

At this point, they were good friends, going on dawn patrols and the like together all the time which
ultimately made their friendship blossom into something more. It was difficult for him to tell her
that he wanted to be her mate, especially because he wasn't sure what to say to her. He actually
ended up telling her when they were watching the entrance of the camp together, and he still
remembers the delighted look on her face. When their first kit was born, he was more nervous than he
had ever been, but he almost felt sick when he found out that their second kit was going to be
born during the harsh conditions of Leaf-bare. Not to mention that Mistytail had gotten greencough
along the way and had to stay in the Medicine cat's den. It hurt, but Hawkfeather stayed there for her,
day and night. Even after Silverkit had been born and moved to the nursery to make sure he
didn't get sick too, he was still there, keeping her company before and after the patrols he went on until...
The day that she died. He can still remember the look on her face. She was happy. She was happy that
she got to meet him, and bring two new cats into the world. The last thing that she told him was a simple,
yet heartfelt goodbye.
"Take care of our kits... Okay? I'm sorry that I have to go like this but... Goodbye, Hawkfeather..."

The current apprentices have been given their mentors! I did my best to give each pairing compatible personalities where they have similar traits to make them comfortable in their pairing, though also some contradictory traits so they can learn from one another c:
