Extra; his skin tone is a dark olive, and seems to glow slightly in any given light. He also has black tattoos under one eye, his lower neck, and on the sides of his neck. These glow yellow when he breathes fire.

Personality; Overall a bit hot-headed, proud, independent, and a bit highly-thinking of himself. He is young and rebellious despite his actual age, and while he is intelligent and characteristic, he is still incredibly independent and bad with people at times. He tries to fit in and help others so nothing happens like what happened to him, but he does tend to have a grumpy snap in him most times that might stem from his mindset that he is still not a human and therefore sees himself as better than they are. This bit is somewhat lessened in an area where there are other supernaturals, though he still things highly of both dragons and elementals. Hotei sometimes does not know how to act in certain cases and can be seen as strangely apathetic, as his morals and views differ from most of human society.


He can also be very stubborn and petty, though he doesn’t like it. He does show loyalty and respect to those who he believes deserve it and supports the theory of “Everyone deserves respect until proven undeserving”. He does not trust easily and seems completely fine keeping everything to himself, and though he does not like to admit it, he really wouldn’t mind some friends.
History; Essentially he was created by some gods to bring warmth to the earth but found their morals wrong and wrecked havoc in his anger. He rebelled against the beings who had created him and accidentally caused a lot of damage in the process, leading to the gods cursing him to a human form.
LikesWarmth/sunning himself, sunny days with a breeze, flying, expensive anything pretty much, anything golden in hue, fancy meals (mostly meat), being praised by others, resisting authority, being seen in areas that have no possible human/easy way of getting there, dogs, and naps/Dislikesbeing told what to do, any sort of method of control, being surrounded by people, artificial fire, rain/some large amounts of water;
