and it's similar to empathy, but akira doesn't need body language or expressions to sense the other wolf's emotions

Empathy (the power, not the real life thing) doesn’t actually need facial expressions or body language. My one she wolf has it but feels it just by being near others. She doesn’t have to be looking at them though to know. I’m calling it empathy because I think that’s what other people call it. Anyway! The downside is if their feeling really mad or terrified or sick she’ll feel it too…but she can get better from feeling sick if she gets far enough away. She could probably stop the anger or terror from affecting her too by getting far enough away. I don’t know how far away she’d have to get though…

yeah, that's basically it,, i usually say emotion sensitivity or some variant of that so i don't confuse empathy the power and empathy the trait
