This isn't entirely true, while she has celestial key magic it isn't her only magic. She possess Sound magic, Archive eye, and a variant of arc of time known as Loop.

Cynthia is a member of Mermaid Heel, though you'd probably swear she was a member of Fairy Tail if her guild mark weren't in plain sight.

"Oh sure, great way to dodge, act like you already knew. And you can figure that out on your own, no?"

"I enjoy listening to music. And as for dislikes, right now, you. Now would be a dear and go away?"

Cynthia has a device on her right arm(you can kinda-sorta-not-really see it in the pic) that is regularly injecting liquefied lacrima into her bloodstream keeping her alive.
Right... So, what's your life been like? You know, your past and such. You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, though.
"I assume this is a no on that going away thing we talked about?"
Cynthia had immense magical power when she was born, in fact she had too much. She nearly died multiple times in her childhood because of this, and the doctors couldn't think of anything that would help. However a mysterious organization approached her mother, telling her about this experimental device that was specially made to inhibit magic power. Desperate for anything that could save Cynthia her mother agreed to the terms of the organization. What she didn't know, was that she would never see her child again. The organization did as they promised, and saved Cynthia with their device, but they also did many other experiments on her to try and discover why she had so much magical power, and how they could use it. She escaped, and immediately joined a guild so that she wouldn't be in any immediate risk of more experimentation.

"I hardly see how that's something you should know about. My personal life is none of your business."

Magic Description.
Her first magic is Celestial spirit magic, and if you're unaware of what this is, then you are not worthy of being a Fairy Tail fan :p
Her second magic, sound magic, allows her to amplify soundwaves to devastating effects.
Her third magic, an eye magic, known as Archive Eye, allows her to get information on anyone, or any magic, simply by loking at them. This also makes her eyes a lovely shade of red.
Her final magic, Loop, is a variant of Arc of Time, and it allows the user to essentially loop any point in time around an object or spell. Like arc of time, this doesn't effect living things....though it can get rather confusing if properly applied.
