history: rosemary is merely a child. she was orphaned (her mother was likely killed), and was found as a youngling by xia argon. she treats mariana as her biological mother and likes hitching rides on her back.
personality: rosemary is a sweet little dragon. she likes cuddles and loves the spring when she can help flowers bloom. despite being small (and kind of frail), she's very energetic and has all the love in the world. kind of like a puppy.
strengths: quick on her feet and has sharp talons that can leave a nasty gash. despite being wingless, rosemary can fly pretty well. her little whirlwind of petals can distract enemies so she can make a quick escape.
weaknesses: doesn't fare well in the heat. rosemary is scaleless and doesn't handle dry air well as her skin might flake or burn. at her age, her powers are also weak, meaning she can't put up that much of a fight. rosemary really depends on her family to look after and protect her.
